🔸 Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.

🔸 House Rules: Please respect our home by adhering to the house rules, including no smoking, no pets, and no parties or events.

🔸 Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

🔸 Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with external security cameras. These do not monitor any private areas.

🔸 Cleaning: The property is professionally cleaned before each stay, but we appreciate you leaving the home tidy upon departure.

🔸 Parking: Convenient parking is available for up to two cars. Please note that the garage is not available for parking. Street parking is strictly prohibited as our HOA monitors the area, and we could be reported. If this happens, there is a fine of $500, which the guest will be responsible for.
