With direct access from the back patio or side door, you'll enjoy the convenience and privacy our home offers. Nearby attractions, including Stanley Park and local shopping, are just a 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft ride away.

-Living Spaces: Relax in two living rooms, each equipped with a Smart TV (70” upstairs, 65” downstairs), and both offering queen pull-out sofa beds.
Bedrooms: Enjoy your pick of 8 Smart TVs throughout the house, with one in every bedroom:

-50” in the upstairs king bedroom with a 2-piece en-suite

Security: The home is secured with 6 exterior cameras and a security system. We monitor guest numbers to ensure compliance with house rules. Violations, such as unauthorized parties or noise complaints, may result in fines or eviction.
House Rules:
No parties, smoking, or loud noises after 10 PM.
Shoes are not allowed inside the house.
Pets are welcome with prior approval (up to 2 max), with a $259 cleaning fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $1000 fine.

We live in the home most of the year, but when rented, we ensure your complete privacy and do not enter the property. One room is reserved for our use but remains untouched during your stay.
