Aldridge House is a bright & spacious 4-bed, 2.5-bathroom house located within a short walk of the Etihad Campus and a 5 minute drive from Manchester City Centre.

With up to 11 separate beds (plus three travel cots), this house is perfect for a large family or group of friends for a weekend getaway, or for a team of colleagues working in Manchester during the week.

The property has parking for two vehicles on our driveway & onstreet parking for two additional vehicles.

The Space:
The house comprises of 4 bedrooms (two on the first floor, two on the second floor), 1 bathroom (with shower & bathtub) on the first floor, 1 en-suite bathroom (with shower) on the second floor, 1 downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area & washing machine, and a large lounge with two sofabeds, The lounge has doors to a large paved patio garden.

All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.

→ Lounge:
Two large comfortable sofabeds with a flatscreen HDTV, free Netflix & catch-up apps, and unlimited superfast fibre Wifi.

→ Kitchen & Dining Area:
Our kitchen has a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, gas stove, electric oven, washing machine & dishwasher. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.
The dining area has dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

The rear of the house has a large paved patio area, enclosed by fences.

Guest Access:
You have full exclusive use of the house, driveway & garden during your stay

The Neighborhood:
The house is located on a quiet housing estate, with the Etihad Stadium being just a 13 min walk, and the Co-op Live Arena a 20 min walk.

Getting Around:
Manchester City centre is just a 5 minute drive/taxi away, and major bus routes stop within a 5 minute walk of the house.
