Das Frühstück war super , viel Auswahl, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alle Ausflugsziele sind gut zu Fuß oder mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen.

The bed was kind of uncomfortable

Room cleanless and breakfast was good. Location was perfect.

Pillows were thin. There was a gap between two beds, as a couple guest we would rather two beds were combined.

Belvárosi szálloda, könnyen megközelíthető; a parkolás biztosított a szálloda alagsorában(16 euro/nap). A reggeli választéka bőséges. Az egész szálloda nagyon tiszta; a radiátorok szabályozhatóak, nagyon jól működnek.

Do hotelu dotarliśmy po całonocnej męczącej podróży i otrzymaliśmy kartę do pokoju przed godziną 14. To było bardzo miłe i uprzejmie. Dziękujemy pracownikom recepcji za ten gest i będziemy o nim pamiętać przy kolejnym wyborze hotelu w Wiedniu. Wykupiliśmy również późny check out za 25 euro. Śniadania to również mocny punkt z uwagi na jakość produktów, sposób ich podania i czystość. Na parterze hotelu duży i dobrze zaopatrzony SPAR. Polecam bilet 7 dniowy na komunikację za 17 euro.

Downside was that rooms did not have airconditioning but they do provide a fan.

Perfect location close to the city center and a couple of minutes from underground. Clean good breakfast

Rooms were simple and rather small, and quite dusty.

Overall was good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good

The rooms were too hot and the duvet was for winter and no air-con in the rooms only a fan, the bedsheets weren’t changed at all during my stay

Excellent location near major museums - very pleasant to stroll down the elegant Gumpendorferstrasse from the hotel and be in the outstanding museum quarter in 10 minutes. Also close to a tube station with connection enabling to reach airport by train easily. Good restaurants in neighbourhood. Good breakfast buffet.

The bed creaked a bit. More brown rolls at the breakfast buffet please!

Excellent wheelchair rooms. These are truely well equipped. The shower with plastic chair is very practical and works! There are no bumps or barriers so the wheelchair feels natural for this room. Also the space is excellent giving ample rotation freedom. The breakfast is excellent as well. Here gluten-free and lactose free options are available. The staff is helping out providing practical solution. The service is warm and helpful. We had two rooms almost neighboring: a wheelchair room and a family room. This worked perfectly for our family of three

the wifi it was to complicated to connect and need to reconnect every few days and the quality and speed are bad

we loved the location, the stuff were all very helpful and the room was very clean!!! Bonus points for the delicious breakfast!!! I would recommend the place 100%

There is no availability to make coffee in the room.

Large rooms with lots of storage. Excellent shower. Breakfast had a good variety. Location was handy between 2 metro stations or a 20 min walk to centre. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

No bar or lounge area to relax in the evening. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No carpets in the bedroom.

The beds were not very comfortable - with a rather worn-out mattress that caused a hollow, in addition to the bad luck of a broken slat in our room, which made it even worse. So unfortunately, the sleep was rather spoiled in the otherwise comfortable hotel.
