- Big flies on food during breakfast (humus and fruit) without any intervention from the staff - The toilet in the lobby is very dirty - My sick and elderly father was not offered any support (not even opening the doors or offering help) - Front door staff told me to get a taxi by myself and refused to help - Cleaning staff arrived after 5:00 pm despite asking for room cleaning in the morning two days in a row - The door was not properly set up and would not open until I called staff to push it harder(the key worked fine but the door didn’t open) - Continuous noise due to around the clock construction works near the hotel. The staff knew of the issue and they offered us a room that was exposed to all the noise.

By far the worst 5 star hotel in Dubai. It was most likely built as a residential building, but turned into a hotel so that they charge you 3x more. The 2 bedroom “suite” aka cheap Damac apartment was a complete disgrace, dirty, smelly and not cozy at all. Water in one of the bathrooms was running yello as well. Avoid it!

Very good location. 10 minutes walk from Dubai Mall but also easy to go business district. Professional staff , special thanks to Mahrous Masoud for being super helpful and hospitable and resolving the issue we had. Rooms have all necessities even a dishwasher and washing machine and are very specious. Nice breakfast with great coffee (rare thing in Dubai hotels). I totally recommend for downtown stay. There are also small restaurants and grocery shops just 3 minutes from the hotel.

It was a bit noisy - but i guess this is everywhere in downtown. Even if you pay extra - 1 bedrooms only have partial view to Burj Khalifa from the balcony - which is not what I expected.

Good room with nice view . Friendly staff . Location is very good and near to Dubai Mall thank you Remoon who assist us during the stay and on the check out

Great hotel to stay it looks like your home . Big thanks to all the front office team . Al Hussaine - Peter - Remoon - Afaq - Mahrous - Banna and also the Concierge team was so helpful all the time . all the staff was amazing for actioning all our requests very fast . Definitely we will come back as we are really enjoyed the place thank you so much Damac and the staff
