No toilet roll left at property. We had to get our own.

The apartment itself is fantastic and fully equipped with nearly everything you need. Very clean, huge, modern. I really enjoyed the vibe of the apartment and the location. The bed was great. Plenty of wardrobe space. Great kitchen appliances, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine all great. The is an AC unit in the living room and a floor fan in the bedroom, and the heating is good.

A few things could be improved. Firstly there were some soundproofing issues, one was quickly fixed which was good (the living room double glazed windows weren't closing properly making it quite noisy). But in the bedroom the double glazing barely keeps the noise out. Obviously this is Soho which is to be expected in part, but don't expect to get any sleep on Friday or Saturday nights, being one flight above the lane everyone walks through to the tube station. Also I stayed for a week and I had to ask to replenish the two rolls of toilet paper and two coffee pods provided. They do not clean or restock during your stay including the little one each shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles, and they seemed to think this was strange of me to ask for additional supplies (two coffee pods for a week stay). For stays longer than 3 days, they should restock. There are absolutely no basics provided in the kitchen. I had to buy salt, teabags, absoutely everything apart from dishwasher and washing machine tabs which are provided. There were no instructions to the apartment, so had to check about taking rubbish out, had to dig around to find adaptors for my country (there was a power board behind the TV), and how to use radiator heaters which I don't have in my country. The pickup arrangement for keys is not super convenient. Also the TV in the bedroom was not tuned and didn't work.

Beautiful spacious apartment in central Soho on Greek St. Perfect base to explore the local bars and restaurants and also shopping. We booked to stay for 2 nights for my birthday - it was perfect.

Location location location. Very big apartment. Decent price.

The Luggage storage is not as described here, it is free but the hours are much shorter. Don't rely on it.

No spare toilet paper but not a big issue And if you’re not a night bird the noise at night might annoy you but didn’t sleep early so wasn’t a problem for me
