Мне предоставили другую квартиру, в другом месте, она была не плохая

Сначала персонал хотел предоставить другой вариант, гораздо хуже, ссылаясь на то, что в моём варианте произошла авария. Но я отказался и проблему решили, предоставив квартиру в другом месте. Она была не плохая. Но не было не туалетной бумаги, и других средств гигиены

Oda ve banyo gayet iyidi. Yatakda konforluydu. Tesisin konumu gerçekten çok merkezi.

Odanın resepsiyonun hemen yanında olması. Gece geç saatlere kadar devam eden canlı müzik. Birde kahvaltı servisinin sabah 9 da başlaması çok yanlış. Gittiğim her otelde sabah 6 veya 7 de başlar.

1. Шикарное расположение. В центре города, в минуте ходьбы Площадь фонтанов, до Старого города 5-10 минут неспешным шагом. Рядом с отелем кипит жизнь, есть продуктовый магазинчик, кофейни, кафе. Такое расположение для кого-то может казаться шумным, особенно в выходные и праздничные дни, особенно при открытых окнах, когда до поздна играет музыка и под окнами могут ходить люди или проезжать автомобили, но нам сильного дискомфорта это не доставляло и даже нравится. В самом отеле было достаточно тихо, между номерами хорошая звукоизоляция. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Вайфай работал без нареканий. 2. Приветливый русскоговорящий персонал. 3. Отличное соотношение цены и качества.

1. Скромный завтрак. 2. В санузле просится реновация сантехники. 3. На большую кровать простынь была коротковата и постоянно приходилось ее поправлять.

Very friendly and helpful reception personnel!

Just the location was good. Rest everything was very average.

The staff was very rude and not cooperative. Imagine they were not even providing extra towel if we ask for it. Breakfast was served at the near by hotel and it was below average.

Staff was amazingly helpful. Almost felt like we were old friends.

the location of the hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from the center, close to restaurants and bars and the street of the hotel is quiet. The staff is kind and courteous.

running into a room for three and the sofa was not comfortable but the hotel staff solved the problem by finding an extra mattress.

The cleaning has to be improved. The bed covers were not very clean. The breakfast was really average.

Great location

We asked for this room because it looked nice from the photos but unfortunately the hotel did not live up to our expectations. We wanted a nice, romantic hotel for our honeymoon but it was more like a hostel than a boutique hotel. We canceled after the first night. Carpet was dirty, shower crusted, sofa had a dusty blanket to cover old stains, wallpaper ripped. Very shabby entrance. Breakfast disappointing. It's a shame because the location is fantastic.

The design was quite stylish. The receptionist was very kind and polite. Blackout curtains and a comfortable huge bed helped us to sleep well.

Breakfast was at another small hotel, next door to our's. So you have to go outside to have a breakfast. Despite the nice interior, the room looks shabby and not clean. It needs a renovation.

The place near the Nizami street and I the staff was very good especially Ms. Suli, she arranged the driver from Airport and for internal tour to Gabala and Shahdag

Location is great. Free water bottles. Quiet at night (which I didn’t expect). A/C works okay. Wifi worked okay.

Horrible smell in the hotel and in the rooms. Towel had a piece of hair knot in them. Someone’s hair on the bathroom floor. If you go to the shower around 9 am, there is no hot water. Room was cleaned just once even though I stayed there for 5 nights. There are small annoying flys in the room. The rooms are in poor condition overall, really need an upgrade.

Location was good and the room was good looking. Spacious in general. Workers were very friendly and helpful. Good in general, I would stay there again.

Too much noise in the early morning and late night (2 am) bad sound proofing. Cheap materials for decorations and worn down ( wc was glued together and furniture was a bit broken) It could be cleaner (remote control for air conditioner and sofa were dirty)

The location of the hotel is the best part.its only 2 mins walk to Nizami Street and Old Town is also 5 mins walk away.There are many shops and restaurants near hotel.you can buy anything you want.hotel room was well sound proofed. The lady at the reception is very nice to all the guests, and she upgraded my room without any extra charge.

Well, the weekest part of this hotel is the breakfast.Its very basic and boring.secondely, they dont serve breakfast in the hotel,you have to go to the other nearby hotel for that breakfast.. This hotel is located in an old building and dont have any huge fancy enterence. This hotel is 3 star so I will say that it's value for money but there is still much room available for betterment. Rooms are basic types of interior but in this price I think it's OK. It looks more beautiful in photos than the actual one:-)

The hotel location is great. it's nearby to everything, the fountains square, old city, bank, market ...etc. Room size & cleanliness was good. the furniture was a bit old, but good enough. staff are friendly &cooperative and know English well (which is not common there).

small things, like the kettle in the room smelled, no tea or coffee, keys are old & bulky and no dental & vanity kits in the bathroom.
