under renovations…good idea add new furniture also as all arms on chairs were warm out…definitely need new ventilation system…get what you pay for!

Price of the suite.

Rugs in bedroom were heavily stained. Poor drainage in tub while showering.No satelite tv, no charge stations for phones.

Liked the 2nd room.

Didn't like the fact that partner had to kill 2 centipedes and spiders. Didn't like the mold on the ceilings, and the paint on the wall was chipping.

Location near to needed amenities.

Room service not available, washroom not working properly, no lobby, no breakfast halls, some of this was due to renovation going on.

The only good the room was not too bad it had a speaker bedroom which was nice .

There free breakfast terrible served in a bag and food is old would not eat it.

it was not advertised as being under construction/ renovation. it was advertised as having breakfast and I was offered a bag breakfast

we needed a place close to the hospital

outdated, uncomfortable beds, no amenities, not clean at all. it was really disgusting. smelled stale like a smoking room. parking lot had massive potholes.

Place was under renovation which was not indicated when making the booking. Room heating fan was noisy

The hotel was not well kept our first room smelled of smoke the bathroom was clean and the room was in poor repair. The second room was a little cleaner and didn’t smell of smoke but the wallpaper was tearing off the wall. Room was poorly maintained and there was no breakfast included as advertised in the booking.

I love the outside the trees and the all around parking

Breakfast free mentioned online, after room booked email received mentioning Breakfast bag will be served at reception desk. No Breakfast given, why to mention when we book online. Why can't Breakfast false promise not fixed ? Not appriciate dishonest

No breakfast.....says closed for renovation....but...checking out....all I could smell in hallway....cooked bacon???
