Location was good, room type allowing friends to share a Suite and have separate space. Kitchen was convenient loved quality soaps
pull under renovation and was not made aware at time of booking

The staff was amazing, super helpful and nice. The breakfast was great. It had many options and satisfied everyone in my family.
Our room was super dirty. A dirt ring was around the full bathtub, splatters on the walls.
The pool, though they said it was heated, was not heated and quite cold. My girls(1 and 4) couldn't stay in longer than 20 minutes and came out with blue lips.
The hotel was mostly quiet except for the yippy dog barking at 1130 at night and waking my girls up

Good location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable. Beds were really comfortable and rooms have a small kitchen which is enough to make tea and snacks.
Room wasn’t cleaned and beds not made whilst we were there for 5 days. Had to keep asking for towels and toilet rolls and hangers.

I stayed here before and after my wedding. One reason was because their breakfast for the weekend was able to start at 6:30am, as I was going to be getting my bridal hair done at 7am. When I checked in on the friday, they told me breakfast started at 7:30am. They exceeded my expectations, on getting staff in for me to have a full continential breakfast. Their breakfast was waffles, oatmea;, cereal, yoghurt, few different kinds of eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit, english muffins, muffins, coffee, tea and juice. They went also left me a gift in my room with a nice card and a bottle of wine. They also transferred my belongings from one room to our different room the day of the wedding.
Their windows of hotel were very streaky, needed to maybe use a squeegy then using a cloth.

The tub drained very slow, plumbing made weird noises in the walls

The keys to get in the room were terrible. It took 20 tries sometimes to get in. This could have been better. The clerk told us a bad set of keys came in. Can't understand why they kept using them .

Internet was not very good. Pool regulations was only 10 in the pool. That should be advertised when you have multiple teams in your facility. If you want it to be maintained at 10 then you need a staff in there the entire time.

Overcharged on room rate. Booked the room for $258.00 on line. They charged me $299.00. All smiles and pleasant at front desk but do absolutely nothing to address your concerns. Also, they charge $75.00 for a dog. Much higher than most.

Got an upgrade from the lady at the front desk for free! That was above and beyond....very greatful for that!
