The linen on the bed was damp, and the AC had been turned down ahead of my arrival. By the time i noticed the issue, and tried calling the front desk, there was no answer. I went to the front desk and no one was there to assist.

Bar, food and staff were great except for one receptionist who was very unhelpful The food and prices were some of the best i've had anywhere in the world, very comfortable stay although its very remote, nothing nearby at all

I arrived after 20 hours travel to be told the restaurant was closed all day sunday as was the bar. They wouldn't even provide me a bottle of water!! I was disgusted, this individual member of staff was dreadful.

Clean and efficient. Pleasant professional staff.

A minor detail but the toilets are small and low. Good for children though.

Our main criteria was cleanliness, and we were very satisfied with our room and hotel in general. We used the gym and it was also clean and set up to promote an hygienic use of the equipment.

Not much we didn't like, although we would have liked to be able to start the rowing machine in the gym... Still managed to get some exercise in, the equipment was sufficient for a basic workout, the cardio machines were fairly recent and there were some free weight and a pulley all-in-one machine.

Well I stayed for an entire week and for some reason I was missing breakfast every day and I couldn’t figure out why I went down really early one day. One of the staff had told me that it was till 11 but it’s only 7 to 930 so I’ve actually only had breakfast twice.

I’ll be contacting Best Western because I was told I would get to $50 gift cards I download the Best Western app my first booking with her booking.com my second booking was through the hotel directly and my third booking was through booking.com. I’ve spent over $2000 staying here also I only got breakfast twice because in the middle of the night, a man with glasses said it was till 11 so I kept wondering why I was missing it every day. I went down one day really early in the restaurant said it was only seven till 930. The same staff member was very rude to me and the one that told me I would not get gift cards. Also when I came down and asked him for a towel after I had been here for three days, he only handed me one and I asked can I have another one he said why there’s supposed to be three of everything in the room not only that I’m a woman and I need more than one towel. I just found him to be very rude and impolite. He also was the only person that had a problem with my credit card. He tried to charge it five times in a row and I ended up actually getting locked out of my account and I walked by and he says your credit card declined just in the lobby like while people were there and I’m like no it did not. It went through my credit card to booking you have to link your system, but then he says well. I just tried it like five times. Well that’s exactly why I got locked out of my credit card.
