Buffet breakfast lacked variety. Paper cups and plates, plastic cutlery.

Our previous stays had supplied us with confidence in our choice of hotel. We found what was expected which is saying a great deal. Our room was "home away from home". As last time, we very much enjoyed the included hot breakfasts. The choice(s) and available fresh fruit were appreciated.

The hotel's choice of "luxury" kleenex is to be questioned. I know, it is a small thing. However to people requiring steady use of tissue, it reminds them that they need to bring their own on future stays. We were a couple staying for two nights. We were not supplied a replacement bath towel for that used the first night. We choose not to bathe/shower on our second night. However, if both of us had, a call to housekeeping would have been made. It's to the hotel's credit that this is our degree of "nitpicking"

The room was nowhere near the standard that I would expect from Best Western. Breakfast was substandard. No fruit, yogurt or healthy options. Very slim pickings.

The carpeting in the room appeared old, soiled and stained.  healthier food choices on the breakfast menu. my preference would be, a smaller selection or variety of more nutritious breakfast foods rather than a larger selection, and not as healthy. As an example, I would prefer whole-grain, healthier choice of breads and homemade muffins and remove the waffles and pancakes.

The only thing good was the breakfast buffet although there was no bacon either day we stayed.

No security door on the building side entrance. Anyone can walk in, did not feel safe. Carpets were old and outdated. Housekeeping did not fixed our beds and tried to say we had valuables on there. No way, was there anything on the beds. I would not leave any valuables exposed. There was also dried up snot on the wall in the bathroom. Took picture and advised the check out Manager on site. We were not given any fresh towels. The view in the back was Industrial site.. kept our curtains closed. All in all, it was a very bad experience and they seemed to rather believe their Housekeeping staff. In this case, they made us feel unimportant and our stay not very welcoming. I would never stay there again. They chose to ignore and not resolve this matter. Don't waste your money staying at this place.. cost almost $400 for 2 night stay.
