The amount charged for the breakfast Was a little pricey considering the amount of portion received, Also it would have been nice to have more gluten free options.
Everything was good except for the breakfast.

The beds were super comfy and very clean
Busy breakfast had to wait longer than anticipated for seating and cleaning the tables. I took it upon myself to clean a table and seated myself. Food was great just had issues with waiting a long time to be seated at a clean table.

Decent facility. Updated furniture and decor. Spacious guest room. Good location for shopping, restaurants and activities.
The bed and pillows were a little too soft for our liking. Also, the room temperature couldn't be set lower than 18.5°, which would have been a nice option for the warm weather during our stay.

We didn't eat breakfast either morning we were there. We had dinner in the lounge both nights and it was excellent! Our server was really friendly and very good at his job!
We had to leave for hospital during rush hour and the location made that somewhat difficult. We needed to leave earlier and would next time. Was not the fault of the Hotel at all.

power outlets didn’t work for vehicle plug in, hot breakfast was terrible

close to mall and restaurants and had a swimming pool and hot tub as well as a nice lounge basically anything else
you’d need for a perfect stay with your family!
could use some paint touch ups around the place but didn’t bother us one bit…

The pillows were flat and the quantity of the pillow was small of the size of the bed

we were put in an access room and it smelled like an old folks home. like urine.

the location was great and we enjoyed having a pool and hot tub on site.
The fan in the room was very loud and a bit disruptive during the night. couldn’t turn it off without big change to room temperature.
