Ontbijt was zeer summier voor Nederlandse begrippen. Kartonnen bordjes, plastic bestek en als je pech hebt moet je staand ontbijten vanwege te weinig tafels en stoelen. Erg rumoerig in ontbijtruimte. Parkeren voor CAD 20 per dag is duur. In de naaste omgeving kan het voor CAD 15 of minder.

Sehr gute Lage zu den Niagara Falls. Alles fußläufig erreichbar, aber nicht direkt mitten in der Partymeile. Schönes großes Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Beim Frühstück könnte gerne noch etwas Käse oder Wurst da sein, aber es war auch so gut.

We were 30 minutes early for check-in, and the front stuff was very accommodating in allowing us in the room before. No matter how busy they were, they made sure they greed it us. The room was very clean. And also the room service stuff was very polite. It is definitely a place I would consider staying again. Keep up the excellent customer service.

It was a very nice place and the staff was very nice specially Ms. Amber. I like the 24 hour complementary coffee and the breakfast as well, we love everything. Thank you very much. The place is convenient and safe.

I just had to asked for an extra pillow cases because the pillow cases in the pillow has hair both front and back. But the staff were very nice to accommodate my request. Really appreciate it. It was just uncomfortable to sleep during the night coz we hear every time somebody from other unit use the water like on/off in the middle of the night and the noise from other unit like banging and hard stamping of feet from the unit above us during the night(sleep time)

I thought that the establishment was well organized, clean, good value for the price! Compared this hotel to other ones that I had pay for, this ranks better in many ways!

The breakfast could’ve been more friendly.. I needed help to warm up milk , as I was traveling by myself with a baby, she didn’t seem too interested to help.

Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and complimentary coffee and cookies anytime of the day was a nice treat.

Parking lot was mostly gravel and unlevel.

Got double charged and staff and manager were not helpful at all even after getting proof from my bank. Still waiting on getting a refund. They would not listen to me.

We enjoyed being away from everything- but still close enough to walk to. The hotel is a prefect location to make easy access and yet still close enough to be able to walk to the strip.

The parking is horrible and our spa tub didn’t work the entire stay. The breakfast was about expedited but not great.

Breakfast was okay, nothing excellent.

The entire hotel carpets need cleaning or replacing including in the elevators.
