All good as usual.

Hotel seems to be getting tired all around or else the last couple stays we have not had a renovated room. It is overall okay but obvious cosmetic things were done where complete room renovation is becoming necessary.

Good location

Elevators we're out of order and we were on the top floor to make things worse I had a extremely injured leg and had to go up multiple flights of stairs each time I had to get to my room. It was an extremely disappointing experience and I will never be back again

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel as a whole was clean.

In the bathroom there wasn't any handle bars. Truthfully I was afraid my husband would have fallen getting in and out of the bathtub because it didn't have any handle bars,also the rain shower head is great but I think they could install a shower head that can be use separated from just the rain shower Also the mat for inside the bathtubs should be placed near or on top of the bathtub because I didn't see it til the day/morning we were leaving.

After a long day traveling that mattress was absolute heaven. Airport shuttle driver was very nice and service was timely. Staff was nice and helpful.

A couple of small (not bed bugs) in sheets and a hair. Staff promptly changed bedding when reported.

Shuttle service and customer service

The room smelled so foul as soon as we opened the door. It smelled of dog piss that's been sitting there for months if not years. The tub was dirty and stained. Shower curtain was moldy. A centipede was crawling on the bathroom floor. The phone was stained with lip stick. When we got transfered to another room it was a slight improvement. The room was muggy and the tub is still dirty. My partner had to clean the tub himself before he jumped in. The hotel exterior is pretty and well maintained but the rooms weren't. It's deceiving and disappointing.

Easy check in, easy check out, great friendly staff, free coffee in the morning.

The room was a bit haggard. Bathroom was in rough shape, the walls were stained and had holes in them.

Most everything, room was great close to elevator which was great for me as i walk with a cane.

I ask every time I stay there which is usually at least once a month , for a room with a walk-in shower not a tub shower as I have a hard time with getting into a tub with my legs. That is the only thing i wish was better then my stay would be excellent every visit.

Good location for airport, shuttle bacon& forth.
