Location, spacious bathroom, clean room
The breakfast was really disappointing despite the very positive reviews I saw somewhere. Even though it was buffet, the choices were really minimal and we felt that we should have gone to eat at other breakfast/brunch place.

The pillows and the bed were very comfortable. Location convenient.
I think for the price a little more value would have been nice. Included breakfast, continental or some hot items. It would have been nice to explicitly know that it was only valet parking and would cost extra.

L'arroganza al desk all'arrivo, quando l'addetta, incurante della documentazione di Booking, sosteneva con toni offensivi che noi dovessimo pagare la prima colazione.
Le lunghe attese per poter avere un tavolo per la prima colazione, pur con mezza sala libera.
Il tono sempre scortese di quasi tutto il personale.

Great location for Jays games and anything else downtown that you’d want to see
Not sure why parking became 100% Valet, I’d rather park my own vehicle as I please so I can venture about the city without waiting for staff to get keys and bring my car around. Seems very invasive to not allow guests to keep their keys regardless of parking situations.

The ambiance was lovely.. the staff were amazing. Trevor at the front desk was superb and was able to let us check in before check in time so we were able to bring our bags up and go back out again. It was such a pleasure to be able to do that!! Thank you so much Trevor!
Flavia in the sports bar was super amazing and was so friendly and helpful! You guys have amazing staff all around and I will def be back!!!

Apparently parking isn’t guaranteed. When we arrived after a long trip, parking was full and we were told we had to go find another lot. The city was packed and no parking was available anywhere. Additionally, we weren’t given the room we booked and don’t have enough beds for our family. The staff did eventually fix the problem, but it was a hassle. The TV in the room was broken, but at that point we were too tired to complain!

The hotel is located in a very convenient place, near to every major attraction, walkable distance, the room was very big, housekeeping was given every day, the food at the restaurant was good and the service was excellent, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have a pleasant stay and being able to walk around the city.
The air conditioning during the night was shut down, but other than that there aren't major complaints.
