Próxima vez que ficarmos em Orlando, já temos endereço. Meus cumprimentos adicionais ao funcionário do hotel Greg, que trabalha na recepção dos carros. Se a primeira impressão é a que fica, o sr. Greg está fazendo um trabalho muito bem feito. Além dele, recepção cordial e eficiente, serviço de quarto top! Tá procurando hotel em Orlando, está indeciso, espero que meu comentário aqui te ajude a acabar com à procura.

This hotel is so pretty and so clean I love it! The pool is great and the entrance/reception area is very beautiful, I loved the decor of the place. The valet workers are very friendly.

I like everything, but I wish they have breakfast!

Great service, location and price.

I loved the cleanliness and the new renovations. It turned out beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

The pool and gym were closed due to renovations.

Room service was done daily without having to request it.

The construction but that really couldn't be helped. They were doing renovations. Which was understandable.

This hotel used to be very nice years ago, they’re remodeling and the tower is closed, so they have this 2 floors with rooms with very sad conditions, staff extremely helpful and comprehensive, hopefully with their reopening on fall they will be back to what they used to B!

Bed sheets were old Towels were like old rags. Room is small. Room is not family friendly ( no microwave, fridge doesn’t work well.) I charge parking and resort fees as a guest ($345)

The many photo opportunities! The convenience to Disney Springs, shops, and restaurants off property as well.

The only thing I didn’t like was being bombarded by employees to buy a timeshare with the property.

AC was not working well. Only worked to capacity in short bursts . Was steady temp 74-75 degrees . Called a technician and he changed filter but did not improve right away.

Room was fine. Clean & comfortable beds. Good location close to Disney Springs.

One of two elevators serving the main tower was out of service for our whole stay. (No telling how long.) No refrigerator, only a wine cooler in the room which had a broken door and rusty interior. The snack shop had moldy fruit for sale and no one seemed to notice. The staff (save for a few friendly housekeepers) was fine but friendly customer service was missing. Everyone seemed joyless which is likely a result of corporate management. What looks like a concierge desk was a timeshare sales desk where staff tried to grab you as soon as you entered the building for the 1st time (carrying luggage and obviously worn out) and then stalked you until you spoke with them. The one microwave in the whole place was guarded by this promotional sales team. The hotel was nearing some sort of renovations so everyone seemed to be biding their time until that happens.

Great location and convenient to all things Disney.

The property is severely understaffed and it shows in wait times, staff’s morale, and the cleanliness of the property. the rooms were very clean but I didn’t feel the hallways and common areas other than the lobby were ever cleaned.
