Very easy walk to Disney Springs

Problem checking in because one of our rooms was not ready even though it was after 5PM. Shortly after we got into our rooms, the fire alarm went off. We were in the garden section and there was no clear exit plan in place within the stairwell. After a week of touring the parks, we wanted to sleep in and rest but someone from house keeping knocked on our door and actually entered the room at 8:45 AM asking when were we going to check out.

The pool was nice. Joffrey had reasonable priced breakfast sandwiches compared to the price at the deluxe Disney hotels.

Dated rooms. The air conditioner was pretty loud and every hour or so it made a loud noise. The shower head was at chin level ( I am 6’2” ). My daughter cut her finger trying to turn the shower on. You have to really tighten the shower handle or else the water keeps running. My room was by the loading dock so I got to wake up to the beeping of trucks backing into the loading dock before 7am.

Staff was not helpful and very rude. Paid extra for a lake view room and got a room with no view. Staff would not help. There was a water sound that ran alnight.

The hotel was very close to Disney Springs, room was spacious and had good soundproofing and range of toiletries for use, pool area large and good wee coffee area in the lobby. The porters were very friendly and helpful and looked after our bags for us on the last day until we left for the airport.

High resort fee on check in, breakfast very expensive and not particularly hot foods. We returned three times during the day for a rest before going back out but our rooms hadn't been cleaned even tho after 3pm. Had to sit outside until done or not get the room cleaned. Notice said towels and bedding only changed every 3 days to save environmental waste however towels changed every day even though we'd hung them up. Beds and pillows very soft although that's a personal preference for hard bed and firm pillows

The location, it’s near Disney Springs

It’s a very old concrete building , and very small rooms and very old bathrooms. I usually stay in nice places and this reminded me of a motel 6 in terms of what we got for accommodations. It was a low price compared to other places so I guess I should have not expected much , but it was pictures on the site of how nice everything looks that sold me.. it was misleading. It’s a 2 star hotel. And they should stay so.

Fabulous buses - great complimentary service. Rodney was an absolute delight each day. Bell services and Valet staff 10/10 - friendly and kind. Always smiling and doing a wonderful job greeting guests.

- Housekeeping 0/10 The worst i've ever encountered. Unacceptable level of cleaning. 15 night stay and we struggled to get the bed made. Linens were never changed even when they came in and fluffed. God forbid you called and asked for towels or for them to put toilet paper in the room. - Shower head was heavily rusted - "Welcome pack" people are pushy and corner you every morning. Clearly wanting to trap people into time shares. VERY uncomfortable when you're trying to relax on holiday.

Checkin was easy and the location was great. We enjoyed the pool area; however, I think your hot tub is not level and the water level was a little low. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub though.

The men making the coffee in the cafe are extremely rude. The coffee pot in our room was broken so I called and requested a new one. Housekeeping came by and picked up the old one; however, ten minutes later the same broken coffee pot was returned to me as if it was fixed. I know it was the same because of the markings on it and it still not working. Also, Housekeeping did not clean our room. The gentlemen offering the welcome packages were a little aggressive, like salesman aggressive. The breakfast buffet was extremely expensive. It would be great if there were continental options available. The room was a little humid.

It was clean, staff were very nice.

The bus system is brutal. It only comes once an hour, and a bus does multiple parks. The first bus is at 7 and if the park has early entry at 7:30 and the bus doesn’t go to your park first, you are missing out on the early entry. As the bus only goes once an hour, if you miss it, you are stuck going to a Disney resort and walking a mile to the hotel.

Very good size room and the hotel was in an excellent location. We could stroll into Disney Springs in 6 minutes.

The food and drink at the resort was expensive.

Location was the best. Staff was top notch. The atmosphere in the resort was fantastic. Facilities (bar and 24 hour snack store) were on point. Use both facilities on this stay. Disney Springs was literally next door. 👍

Only minor inconvenience was that there was no hot water. Only mildly warm. So showers were quick but that was ok with us. We were here for the Disney parks and Disney Springs which was literally next door.

Me encantó las facilidades, la localización y que la mayoría del personal es bilingue [hablan español e inglés]. El cuarto fue cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Si vuelvo a elegir quedarme lo haría nuevamente con el conocimiento de esta primera vez. Ah! Tiene buses para ir a lod parques libre de costo y el estar al lado de disney spring es buenísimo.

Ah importante, esto fue algo que no me gustó [no fue directamente en éste hotel, fue en otro hotel wyndham sin embargo desde éste hotel [el garden] fue que llegué al evento]: luego de hacer el check in, en un área del hotel, me ofrecieron una presentación a cambio de rewards, yo elegí la presentación [que fue en otro hotel wyndham], porque me habían dicho que era 120min [2hrs], tenía reservado un parque y de 2 horas se convirtieron en 4 horas y 30m. Estaba con unas amistades extrangeras y en un momento de la presentación, me dio rabia, cuando una de las personas les insinuó que al coger un financiamiento y pagar la mensualidad podían tener sus documentos más rápido y ellos sólo están estudiando... la insistencia en que elijas un financiamiento es grande y no entienden cuando dices que no es de tu interés. Si te pasa eso, te recomiendo que tomes la tarjeta de regalo para que aproveches en los parques con ese dinero porque al final con esas 4 horas podía haber completado el visitar todo el parque que tenía reservado... a parte de ese evento, todo estuvo bueno en el hotel.

The local exceeded my expectations. It's conveniently situated with easy access to Disney Springs which is a vibrant area that offers a variety of dining options and shops.

Primarily the condition of the room. The cleanliness left much to be desired, and the noisy AC made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, we were placed in the old part of the hotel, which was rather unattractive. It was not transparent during the booking process that the garden view was in the old building, while the lake view was in the renovated section. When I raised my concerns, the staff apologized but claimed they couldn't do anything about it. This lack of clarity and the issues with the room significantly impacted my experience.

The property is in need of updating the facility other than the lobby. The room is like any other less expensive hotel. Carpet is old and worn out.

The hotel was in a great location to Disney and other hot spots. The 24 hr convenience store area was appreciated for late nights out and needing a snack or drink upon coming back in.

The room wasn't perfect. The sliding barn door didn't close all the way, the vent thing in the bathroom opened and fell on my daughter while she was using the restroom, the bathroom smelled of mildew, we found roaches on our last day, and the room was really small.

Esta todo correcto. Solo que un dia se olvidaron de pasar a hacer la limpieza . Me lo retribuyeron retornandome un dinero.
