I loved the rooms, the food, and pool

Only complaint the shampoo bottles were tiny and impossible to squeeze

Great place to stay, right next to Disney Springs. Free buses are awesome, on time and regular. Rooms are good. Restaurant, Cafe and Bar all convenient and well stocked. Pool was really nice. A really nice stay at a great hotel conveniently situated 10 mins walk from Disney Springs. Fab.

After 24 hours travelling arriving at 11pm, I did not enjoy the attempt to get me to go looking at a timeshare development upon check in. Thankfully the stay was excellent, but this did worry us when we first got there as to what we had checked into.

Compramos boletos para Universal con una persona que fue maravillosa (nos guió, nos atendió de manera cordial) por lo que decidimos comprar boletos de Disney en el mismo punto (lamentablemente en esta ocasión: la persona fue descortés, grosera y nos dejó con lo siguiente un mal sabor de boca: nos cobró con tarjeta el costo de los boletos (mismo que nos habían mencionado cuando compramos universal) sin embargo adicionalmente nos cobró 105 dólares en efectivo sin darnos un recibo de este monto). La persona que nos vendió Universal solo hizo un cobró en tarjeta con su correspondiente recibo de pago; pero esta segunda situación con Disney me deja la duda sobre si realmente este dinero era para los fines señalados (Fee de la agencia / pago a meeting (cambio la versión del uso en dos ocasiones). Evidentemente esta situación es poco común y aunque sentimos fue “extraño”, decidimos pagarlo pues no queríamos un señalamiento ético al respecto. Esta situación si es correcta, debería emitir un recibo y hacer un único cobro como compañía. De lo contrario deja espacios a duda. Mi recomendación es que revisen bien este tema pues como hotel son responsables de los proveedores que accedan a sus instalaciones y que de manera indirecta los representan. Me gustaría dieran continuidad a este tema para que eviten comentarios de este tipo que afectan la reputación del hotel. Gracias

Staff were shocking and very unhelpful at checkin. E mailed the property the day before for early checkin but no response. On arrival was told nothing available until 4.00pm. I understand this is checkin time but surely there was a room available a little earlier.

Location, location, location! Beautiful grounds. Fun pool area for all the family.

That the faucet in our shower would not turn off properly and being right next to the elevator allowed for us to listen to doors slamming all night. We had cabinet doors missing in our room also. Just not the best weekend there this time

Great location walking distance to Disney Springs. Hotel was a good value for the area. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Staff kept trying to sell you on vacation clubs, timeshares, etc. – had to constantly avoid them. Food and drinks there were expensive but that's Disney for you....

Já é a terceira vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel. Gostamos muito da localização, pois fica ao lado da Disney Springs, onde há muitas atrações, lojas e restaurantes. São 5 minutos a pé. O quarto é confortável.

O café da manhã é caro.

A localização em frente ao Disney Springs era sensacional! Além disso, o fato de ter o transfer gratuito para os parques da disney foi excelente, ainda com o benefício de entrar meia hora antes nos parques foram comodidades que recomendo fortemente. Faz uma boa diferença em economia e aproveitamento dos parques.

Um ponto que não gostei foi o fato de precisar pagar 10 dólares para o hotel receber um produto meu comprado em uma loja online. Um locker da Amazon poderia ser uma boa opção para reduzir esse custo para os hospedes com segurança. Além disso, gostaria que tivesse um mercado ou farmácia próximo ao ponto de podermos ir a pé. De resto, tudo impecável e excelente.

Small room, phone didn’t work in room, no ventilation in bathroom, shower head wouldn’t shut off all the way.

Localização perfeita. Check in super amigável, a Madu é excepcional. Cafeteria logo na entrada tem ótimo cardápio. Estacionamento amplo. Não usei o restaurante mas pude ver que havia muitas opções para o café da manha.

So não gostei do barulho do ar condicionado.

The only complaint that I have is the CVS vending machine. I caught a cold on my last day there and I bought lozenges from the machine. I paid 10 bucks. THE EXPIRATION DATE IS 11/2022!!!!!! IT EXPIRED a year ago. I was not thrilled.

Located very close to Disney Springs. Rooms and overall hotel areas were very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to Disney parks was a great advantage.

It’s very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable! There is a very handy laundry room. The staff is very helpful, friendly and kind and it’s a 5 minute walk to Disney Springs. Also we asked for quiet rooms on the top floor and we got what we asked for. Thank you! 😊

The only good thing about this hotel is the location behind so close to Disney Springs.

This hotel is old and dumpy. The door to our bedroom wouldn’t open unless we push it in with our whole bodies. The furniture was ripped or heavily worn down. The elevators were not always working. We would go into an elevator and press our floor and it would not move. The jacuzzi’s jets and timer were not working properly. If you’re looking for a nice hotel, this isn’t it.

Very well located. Crossing the street from Disney springs which gives you multiple dining and shopping options. It was also close to most places I would be going through. Facilities were clean and working order. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The air conditioner was a bit loud. Tub had paint peeling in several places which was unsightly but it was clean which is what matters.

the room was clean and the location really is a 5 min walk from disney springs which is very nice. it was about a $11-13 uber to get to the magic kingdom area.

No transportation from airport. Bathrooms VERY teeny tiny. My biggest issue was with the bus service to the parks which was VERY misleading, disappointing and frustrating. It would have been fine if there was more transparency when I was booking the hotel, but everything was very unclear. The hotel includes the ability to get into the parks at 8:30, which we were very excited for. However, the first bus to magic kingdom did not actually drop us off at the park which we expected. They dropped us off at the "ticketing area" so we still had to take a ferry to the park entrance. We took the earliest bus option 8am and did not get to the parks till nearly 9, which means missing rope drop and missing earliest and easiest access to the rides w the longest lines. Additionally we had to get to the ticketing area to get the bus back to the hotel, and the busses only came once an hour. Considering the long lines to leave the park, our options for leaving via bus included a 40 min wait almost any way you planned it. We ended up just ubering to avoid the frustration, which was easy but we did feel very mislead by the bus service. Also, I emailed them to confirm pick up location because that was never clear and got a sassy response from the person working the bus company's customer service which was not necessary lol

A/C was not cold. After a hot day at the theme park you need cold a/c so you can sleep comfortably.
