Location Location Location, the pool and Lazy River

Housekeeping was very slow, didn't makeup room until 5 pm, way too late, noise in lobby carried to room and the walls were paper thin.

The Hotel is perfect, the location is incredible, but the rooms has a terrible smell and look like a old. the Hiltons has a excellent places but need to care about details simple like a full quality.

Nunca pudimos desayunar en el hotel porque el restaurante no tenia capacidad para los huéspedes hospedados (había lista de espera de 45 min) y el parqueadero era demasiado lejos

Location was amazing, room was nice and loved the balcony. We had both breakfast and dinner at Letterpress and the wait staff for both meals were awesome. We enjoyed the book nook table and the views were stunning.

Personally, I found the bed to be lumpy and too hard. Certain items were overpriced as well.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Impeccably maintained and clean. The suite was larger and more spacious than any I have ever been to. This one gets the highest marks from me! Highly recommend!

The pool

The rooms are so much smaller than we expected. The photos listed making it feel more spacious than in person. Too tight for a family of 3 adults and a toddler. Bathtub already has a corner broken. The lobby feels fantastic but anything else seems broken apart and old.

I liked that there was a Starbucks, that they had a cute market area with food, ice cream and snacks. I liked the pool areas.

They put us in a room that was two doors down from one of the personnel areas and the door banged, very loudly, open and shut for hours. The room itself was nice, but the bathrooms are outdated and look like something from 1990.

We like the pool, lazy river, and location.

The pool restaurant/bar. We waited over an hour for our food, and they seemed short staffed on the server side. Other tables got their food before us when we ordered way before them and all the server said was "sorry". Then, my wife went to take a shower, when she closed the shower curtain two dirty towels/wash cloths (that were not from us) fell on her head. That was pretty gross. The mini fridge wasn't really working and our cold snacks had to be thrown out, forcing us to buy more snacks from the Cafe place downstairs.

We had traveled here before years ago and liked the Hotel & its pool and grill to eat at. It's close to Disney Springs to shop.

The Hotel has become a little more run down. They need to care for the rooms better. The pool was dirty on the walls. Broken water fountains no longer worked. We we're woken up around 8:00am to loud music & drums. Way to early when there to just relax. They should warn this ahead of time. We we're woken up in the middle of the night to the fire alarm telling us to get to the lobby and exit the building. Later told it was kids playing around. I wouldn't recommend staying here again. I think its mostly used for conventions.

Front desk was very helpful upon arrival. Located within easy walking distance to Disney Springs. Free shuttle bus to Disney parks. Spacious rooms.

No food court setup within the hotel, so limited choice and no food shopping possible without a car. Room cleaning was haphazard - results between two connecting rooms were variable. Building, rooms and furniture were showing their age. Carpets should be eliminated everywhere.

Third time staying here’s for me and I loved it. The room was nice, especially having a balcony! Mirror lighting over sink is so flattered- i need that installed in my home haha ! We love the lazy river and pool area- so chill! Music and DJ are fun. Shades is one of our favorite restaurants- the Wayfarer is the BEST! Staff are always super nice everywhere. Sal and Mario at the bar are funny and seem to enjoy their job thoroughly! The walk to the (overcrowded) Disney Springs is short and convenient. Housekeeping and Maintenance staff are attentive and responsive when needed. We met some great people at the pool this year.

The beds/bedding are not cozy or comfortable- my sleeps weren’t great. The lighting and decor in actual bathroom/shower area are unappealing. Too much non essential furniture in room between bed and couch. Only the $7 water bottles were available for purchase all weekend. Good out ways the bad!

I loved the convience of it all, having a little cafe, store, resturants, bars, etc. was nice. Loved the covered walk ways considering how much it rains in FL. The room wasw perfect, the balcony was my favortie.

The only complaint I have is the breakfast...for the price it is INSANELY ridiculously OVER priced. We hardly ate anything but on the bright side the staff did take care of us noticing we did not eat much so it ended well. Just very disappointed cause usually Hilton is known for their wonderful breakfast.
