Place is very convenient and good value for money. Clean.
The beds were a little uncomfortable and the bathroom floor could use a better clean. The room itself however was clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

The motel 6 is located close to 401, so it was very convenient for us. It is newly renovated, our room was very spacious and clean, with modern furniture. Staff is very friendly.
We wish we could have coffee machine in our room, and breakfast included.

Consommé uniquement le café. Déjeuner plus tard à l'extérieur. Avons souvent en main nos propres muffins maison, etc
Rien à redire en général sauf que l'évier de la salle de bain était bouché (cela devait quand même faire un bon moment) et que compte tenu de l'impossibilité de le réparer nous avons été relogé dans une autre chambre.

No eye on cars at night. My husband wanted that as his car is quite high cost.
When I called for early check in, I was told no. I explained check in was at 3 and we had a wedding on east side of Kingston at 4. All I wanted was to get in at 2. Male customer service rep said a flat out no. They were booked solid and he couldn't guarantee it. Too bad for me as I booked over 3 months ago. Person was very inflexible. When my husband arrived with me, no problem on sight, it wasn't a problem. Seems a bit much to give me (a woman) such a hard time.
Vending machine did not work. We had to go up road to get snacks.

This was a perfect hotel for a 1-night stopover. Easy access to the highway. Great price! I would stay again.

C'est parfait. Le café est excellent. Nous déjeunons la plupart du temps à l'extérieur mais c'est super d'avoir quelquechose à se mettre sous la dent.
Aucune critique comme telle. L'ajout d'un petit fauteuil serait un plus mais compte tenu de l'espace c'est probablement impossible. J'aime bien lire et assis sur le lit ça devient un peu dur pour le dos mais quand même ce n'est pas si grave que cela.

I very much appreciated the cleanliness of this place. Loved the modern touches to the room. Had a great cup of coffee in the morning and a muffin. Would definitely stay again 👍👍
I stayed in 407 and the only 2 complaints were the fridge wasn’t working and the bathroom door was extra squeaky.. but overall not a major issue

Was surprised at vinyl floor, but more than understand the business perspective, I actually preferred over carpet.. It is not possible to get away with an unclean vinyl floor. The room was spotless.
The other hotel should have been moved. It blocked a stunning sunset view. 🙂

I just need a bed and air BNB prices were really high. It was clean, staff were nice, and it was the cheapest option. I want expecting the muffins/coffee in the morning. It was a nice touch and would make me want to bring my kids here as there's an accessible snack.
I can't eat diary myself and wouldn't mind requesting that as an option (maybe it gets put in the fridge in my room and has to be requested to save costs?) But the muffins looked tasty.

When we entered the motel, we were greeted with great staff and it was very clean and comforting. The coffee and tea was great, and the rooms smelled fresh, were really clean, and were very well designed. This motel made our trip a memorable one!

One minor concern which I told staff about was the shower head was a bit clogged. The staff would not of known if I did not report it. Clerk jotted it down and said it will be taken care of.

Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. I was glad that there we're both a fridge and a microwave.
Try not to put so much bleach in the linens or find something else that isn't quite as harsh as bleach.

I really liked the room, it was clean and comfortable. The location is very close to the hwy and it is pet-friendly which is important to our family.

I really liked the NO carpet in the room and the basic items. Without the carpet the room smelled very clean and was.
Of course the price could have been lower, after all one only spends the night there. Typically gone half the day.
