Service staff for the room and breakfast area were courteous and helpful. Hotel was in a good location.

We arrived at hotel approx 3 hours late due to medical incident on plane. Our room was not ready. We had to wait approx 45 minutes due to faucet problem in room. When we eventually got to our room, there was no cot for the baby. We had to wait for this to be delivered to the room and set up, then we had to ask for a sheet for it. The lighting in the room was covered in dead insects as was the area around the bathroom sink. This was pointed out immediately to man who eventually bought our luggage up for us. We had specifically booked a room with a 'Full Kitchen'. We received a room with a fridge, microwave, sink and coffee machine. No crockery or cutlery or indeed anything else you would expect in a Kitchen was available to us. When we asked for these items we were told to use disposable items from the breakfast area. Breakfast which was included was extremely disappointing. No real choice, same every day, except for one day when fresh fruit salad was available. We asked for a late checkout, at no time was the extra charge for this even mentioned to us. The 'Free Shuttle bus ' to Disney parks was only available a couple of times a day. A Shuttle bus is one that goes back and forwards, over the same route, hence the word 'Shuttle' - to Shuttle back and forth and this certainly did not apply to the very limited service you offer. These comments were passed first to the hotel and their response was disappointing. Basically’Sorry about your experience, not what we want to hear, we’ll try and do better next time you stay.’ We will not be staying here again.

Our room was incredibly spacious and cleaned to a lovely standard every day. As a couple without any children, we appeared to placed quite far back in the hotel away from families. Whether that intentional or not I'm not sure, but it was lovely being in a quieter part of the hotel! The shuttle buses were super handy for getting to Disney, and in general, allowed us to explore Disney without paying for too many taxis.

Breakfast can be quite stressful if attending later on, and it was a tad limited. Most of your basics are there, but a few more hot food options (bacon especially!) would be appreciated. All in all, as a budget hotel, it does what it says on the tin. But I'd say if you can push your budget a bit further and you only plan on going to Disney, spend the extra and stay on site at Disney. IMO being on site takes away a few stresses that this hotel does try it's best to help with, but ultimately is not equipped to deal with as well as Disney can.

Location fabulous to the Parks, restaurants and outlet shopping. The front desk agents were patient, extremely helpful and pleasant. Loved the complimentary breakfast selection. One of the few hotels that service the rooms EACH day. So helpful to be able to use the facilities at the Courtyard across the plaza from the SpringHill Suites.

The proximity to the parks was wonderful, only a $10-12 Uber but they also offered shuttles to a few of them. The breakfast was delightful

My husband and I had to flip the mattress as it was so uncomfortable it caused some back pain.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente dado que se encuentra a 10 minutos de magic kingdom y a 15 de universal e island of adventures. La habitacion era muy grande y espaciosa, teniamos un area de living, una kitchenette y un area de escritorio. La limpieza de la habitacion tambien fue muy buena, ademas habia maquina de cafe, frigobar y microondas. Ademas dentro del complejo del hotel hay restaurant y un mini mercado que son muy utiles. Para los que viajan con niños hay muchos juegos infantiles tambien en el complejo. El parking se cobra aparte, rondaba los 24 usd en setiembre 2024

El desayuno podria ser mejorable, si bien es sistema buffet no tiene variedad, consta de huevos revueltos, hamburguesas, pan, 1 tipo de fruta normalmente banana y la estación para hacer panqueques que te haces vos mismo para la cual siempre hay fila.

the room had a humid smell in the room i was unfortunately being there with that smell no coffee in lobby or water as other hotels provide 24/7 the staff was friendly but lobby had nice clean smell just wish the room smell the same but did not air conditioner and room had a musty humid smell and did not know about the $60 deposit upfront was not in my booking would be nice to have that advertised in the hotel website and i was charged $11 and some change for other fees which i still dont understand for what it is for i send message to hotel still no response on those charges when mu booking included taxes and fees other then that hotel was quite calm

The pool We didn't have a balcony. Despite them trying to charge us for one! We were told we'd changed the dates several times thats not true we made two bookings one from 6-20th and one 20th-23rd. They couldnt find our booking and was again blaming us! I dont work there and it isnt my fault you had no evidence of our booking. The lady who made the booking said she'd amended the booking charged us $710 and told us we had nothing more to pay. I was shocked because the price but extremely pleased. I hope if you stay here you dont have any issues because if you do don't rely on management for help you'd be far better off asking the maintenance staff, house keeping, or just anyone who isnt management! Matt and the general manager are very unsympathetic and dont want to resolve any issues they just want to push the blame on to their guests to extract the most money from them!

Management are unprofessional. From someone who runs their own hospitality business, the general manager is a disgrace. One of their staff made an unfortunate mistake selling us a room for a lesser amount and telling us we had paid in full. These things happen, however Management placed all the blame on us basically saying we were lieing! When i asked to talk to the member of staff who sold us the room i was told "it didn't matter, i would still have to pay or they wouldn't let us back in our room" I recieved a message 18th 23.50 tried to resolve the issue at 8am 19th (no Management) it was now 23.30 after seeing disney fireworks and my 5yr old was asleep out side our room on the hallway floor. We were told they didnt know the actual price we should be paying but continued to demand an additional $800.00 from us. We have video evidence of it all. We paid up to date and left to stay somewhere else. No compensation offered for my son sleeping on the floor and being locked out of our room twice by them or that the mistake was that of their staffs. They refused to talk with her to correct her to prevent it from happening again to someone else. They had no evidence of our booking and so didn't know what to charge us but made up a sum and proceeded to hold our luggage at ransom until we paid!! They offered a $25 discount if we stayed until our check out date of 23rd which they changed to 20th without our agreement. The other staff are lovely, always say good morning and smile, even the lady who we made our booking with and whos mistake it was but Management are just in denial and dont care about their guests just as long as they get their money! I personally wouldn't have handled the situation this way! Id of allowed a single mother of 4 children immediate access into the suite under the circumstances. Quickly negotiate a new price to cover some cost but compensate for the mistake!?

It was a little warm in the lobby. If the sofa bed was down it was too close to the wall and you had to jump over the bed to get to the other side of the room.

Value and location to Disney World was great. The lobby was nice as well.

The rooms were not as pictured. Bathroom sink/vanity area was very small. No outlets near the beds, we all had to plug our phones into outlets in the kitchen/bathroom areas. Also, we booked and paid for a suite with two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The beds were not queen, they were fulls (which made it a little tight for 6 girls. The toilet ran constantly and the AC fan never shut off unless you actually shut the entire unit off. I was personally next to the ac and had it blowing on me all night. We tried adjusting the temp up to get it to shut off and it would never shut off.

A/c didnt work well. Mattress was awful Musty smell in room. I expected more from a Marriott property.

The room was large and comfortable. We stayed with our adult son and there was enough room for all of us. Although there were two areas, they were not separated by a wall. However, there were two TVs and we were both able to watch what we wanted.

There were two TVs, but only one remote. Also, whenever we called down to the front desk, no one ever answered the phone. The kitchen consisted of a refrigerator and a microwave, but no utensils or dishes. We got icecream, to only realize there was no freezer portion of the little refrigerator. They did have a blow dryer, but no indication where it was. I happened to find it in the top of the closet in the bedroom. It would have been nice if there was a sign or some indication that the hair dryer was located next to the extra linens.
