Facilities were close to the airport. The included breakfast was great, featuring the options you'll typically find in a American-style breakfast menu. Beds were comfortable enough, and bathroom was properly equipped.

Would've preferred if the sink was inside the bathroom. Limited seating in the breakfast room.

The plus factor was the pool. It was really good for kids. My kids had fun. Breakfast was not bad at all. It was decent. The room was nice and spacious enough for a family of 4. It was indeed a great value for money. The best thing about the hotel is its location. Theres a lot of stores nearby... close to Jollibee... and you will get meal vouchers for discount at Denny's... This place is a great value for money.

The breakfast was good, the guy was very personal and made breakfast fun for everyone.

my room was kind of dated. door didn’t want to open (would stick) stopper for sink broken, toilet REALLY loud

The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing! Especially Linda who was awesome, we had an issue checking in due to the booking site we used. Linda was quick and solved the problem. She is so friendly and nice she definitely made checking in a positive experience instead of a negative one. She made the stay wonderful.

The Staff are fantastic from the front desk to the breakfast room to housekeeping! The kids loved the pool and waterslide! I really appreciated a washer and dryer being available for guests to do laundry! The facility was clean and visually appealing and welcoming- fresh flowers, couches and a tv in the lobby. The cost of accommodation was very reasonable allowing us to stay for 3 nights :)

Breakfast was good. The only problem with our room was we could not open the window for fresh air because the mesh was ripped and we afraid mosquitoes would enter. Otherwise, everything was good. The kids enjoyed every moment.

The building had a smell. Whoever painted was sloppy. The bed had poky springs. The sheets were itchy. The food at Denny’s was nasty.

Need to do better in the cleaning of the rooms. Could tell the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed from the previous usage. Asked for the room to be vacuumed the next morning however still wasn’t done. The deodorizer that they use in the hotel is very strong in the hallways and lobby.

The pool and waterside were a real hit. There are many good places close by to eat, and the free breakfast was full of options. Although I posted a few didn't likes, the friendly and courteous staff helped counteract the negative.

The garbage in the neighboring gas station lot where we were told the dogs could go to run and do business. The hotel is definitely aged. The mini fridge had a constant hum. The water pressure and the spray from the shower head were weak.

It was in a convenient place to explore the area and the room was a good size with fridge and microwave.

The room was very dark as you couldn't open the curtains as room was on the ground floor next to the parking area. Blinds or net curtains would be good. Room doors banged all the time. Breakfast area is not big enough when the place is full and is very limited for hot food.

Staffs were friendly and smiling other than Krisha! Breakfast room ladies are really nice and helpful. Huan at front desk is helpful as well! Pool with slides were really enjoyed by kids. Room was ok for money. Everything is really close by that's why it’s always busy in that area. Good value for money!

it is somewhat dated and could use some upgrades. also the room we had was beside the ice machine. people were filling their big coolers at midnight and woke us up. this shouldn’t be allowed.
