No privacy - windows overlooked the walk from parking

The unit was well-laid out and lots of amenities: dishwasher and dish soap etc.

The tv in the living room didn't work, had to get maintenance man to resolve. He fixed some but not all of the issues, had to bring in another maintenance guy to complete. Wasted over an hour with this, then find out from them that there's been problems with the tv for awhile. We think it should have been replaced instead of having to be worked on multiple times!

there were too many stair to get to the unit. it was hard considering we had 3 older people one with a cane to walk down steep stairs to the unit.

Actually, everything went well from the moment I received my first email confirming my booking. It was seamless. I must say that the young lady who met us, Katelynn (SP and sorry if I misspelled it) was not only genuinely friendly and professional, but also most accommodating. She had everything easy for us: room keys, map of our room, details on the wireless password, parking area, local restaurants, and answered every question with such a friendly manner. One never felt as if we were just another guest. Everyone in my group was made to not only feel welcomed, but also special and valued. The suite was spotless, everything one would want was there. All the linens were neatly stored and fresh. Bathrooms and showers were clean along with all the bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were on par with the rest of the property. This property is situated in a quiet zone within walking distance to the center plaza and other points of interest including restaurants and shopping spot. Great place to stay. If in doubt about reserving a suite, don’t, you won’t regret it.

The view was excellent and the area placed us in the middle of everything we wanted to do.

The pool was not operational during our week long stay. Even worse were the hours the pool/hot tub were open. Open at 9 am and closed at 6 pm. This time frame is when all the sight seeing and traveling takes place. Does not allow for an early morning soak. The indoor pool/hot tub was the main reason for booking at this location.

Both being senior citizens, we found the property very difficult to maneuver. There were too many up and down stairs to suit us especially with all the luggage that we were traveling with. It was a work-out both coming and going from our unit. The description of the property did not reveal that. We would have to forego booking this property again.

The pool closed early and the hot tub was broken. There was no mention of winter hrs on the website. The hot tub was the main reason for picking the property. The toilet ran constantly. Did not like that there was no staff available after 6. Would not recommend it

The 3 bedroom apartment had everything you need. They had a shuttle car to take you to the square or it was only a 10 minute walk.

only negative was the sofa which was uncomfortable.

All of our concerns were immediately delt with by staff and WiFi provider. The shuttle service was appreciated.

I enjoy the location and easy parking and walking to the square. I also love having a kitchen, and dining room, so we could eat at the condo, instead of going out for every meal. The Santa Fe style furnishings are wonderful.

The WiFi was too slow to even use. I measured it at 24mbps, and a typical home has 100mbps. The price for a 2 bedroom condo was almost double what it was last time I was there in 2019.

First unit was dirty, outdated and very uncomfortable. Absolutely nothing like the pics of the condos, very, very disappointing. Second unit was more comfortable and clean but a/c didn’t work. Pool was dirty, literally had a dirt ring around the pool on the tile. Location was good and grounds were okay, could’ve been kept nicer. I was shocked and what we paid for what we got, never again and will not recommend. We were inconvenienced having to unpack and re-pack and unpack again, up abc down lots of stairs. Victoria was accommodating but housekeeping left out before 5 p.m and we were asked to change the dirty sheets, the bed was dirty full of hair (I took pics) the sheets were not changed from the occupants before my husband and I. The bathroom/shower was gross, full of mold in the grout (I took pics) the floor was dirty…my socks were black after walking around in the unit for an hour.

This hotel was too nice for our purposes (1 day stay while visiting Santa Fe along a road trip.) The room was a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable furniture. Staff were also friendly and helpful. If I were staying in Santa Fe for several days I'd definitely consider coming back here.

Pool was not very appealing and had very short hours. No exercise facilities. Price was high for a place to sleep for one night, though we did offset that a bit by getting some groceries and making our own dinner
