Everyone was very nice Room was very clean

The place outside is very rundown Questionable clientele. Needs some serious upgrading

I didn't give any likes, very disappointed with this property. The pictures look better then the actual room and property itself. The bathrooms are horrible, old, outdated, shower hardware was old looks like used parts, the faucets are old and need to be replaced the tv was small, the property needs an entire make over, just the front of the property looks painted and that's the only photo on the web site. The whole property has rust steps are made of concrete and are replaced with wood the elevator is old and smells the ice machine on floor 3 was not working so I had to go to floor 2, no do not distrib sign where not available shower tub looks repainted we had to buy a shower mat to be able to shower. I don't know how this property could be part of Wyndham embarrassing

I liked breakfast.

Customer service at front desk was lacking. I didn't like that the first room they gave us was not only dirty but it took the attendant about 10 minutes to come up to the room to "verify" the condition of the room. He then started to peep into neighboring rooms. Once we were let into a room the TV wasn't working and that took another 20-30 minutes to take care of. We were lucky there was "Applebee's" open late and in close proximity. Several times throughout the night we had people trying to open our door. Not sure why? It was an unsettling stay to say the least.

The shower was draining slowly we were unable to take showers due to the horrible drainage.

I understand it a cheap room but WOW. Front office, house keepers, even the MANAGER is so rude! Laughing in the back room with another employee when I complained about having bug bites everywhere from staying 1 night

room was very nice and clean

outside looked kinda dumpy. paint on door was chipped and cracked with an obvious boot mark to kick the door open right in the middle

Breakfast was good and there was a good variety.

The pool was emptied and not open. I wish they had mentioned that when we were booking. We were traveling to Colorado from Texas and we were looking forward to hanging at the pool for that night. Other than that the place was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great.
