The breakfast was amazing.
Just perhaps too much bread?
For newcomers to Santa Fe.. perhaps a map of local eateries.

Quaint
Luggage to door cumbersome.

Garden, brunch, room!
Needed more space in bathroom for our toiletries. Room was too chilly; couldn’t adjust temperature.

The location, the faculties, the ambience, the attention

We came here early evening and had a quiet beautiful walk around the neighborhood and also enjoyed relaxing in the sweet garden area outside our room. It was easy and convenient. to get to our restaurant for dinner. We saw the menu and pictures of the lovely food for breakfast and wished we could stay but my plane left too early. I’ll be back!

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet property. I felt safe as a solo traveler.
I liked everything about the property, especially the beautiful garden, homey atmosphere.

Manuel make the check in process incredibly easy, and went over the rules of the house thoroughly. The house is full of historic artifacts, linens and ephemera. It was such a treat to be surrounded by so many wonderful things.
The food… exceptional. The presentation for breakfast was exquisite. It was truly an experience of different flavors. Chef Carolina handmade everything… down to the infused water from herbs in their garden.
There is nothing bad to say whatsoever

Casa Culinaria is a nice cross between a boutique hotel and a VRBO. Very quiet, clean and well located for short walks to the Plaza, Canyon Rd. art galleries or the Railyard. The grounds were wonderful.
No major complaints.

the property is unique. our room had a private entrance and courtyard. the room was decorated artfully. Spring was not quite in fill bloom and it was still chilly so I’m sure courtyard were not at their best but it was evident that they would be so lovely when all the plants came back from winter. our bathroom floor had an adjustable sub floor heater, nice for showers in the chilly mornings. bed was very good. they serve a wonderful breakfast with advance reservation at additional cost. 100% homemade ( down to the breads, cheese and butter) multiple course, delightful breakfast. ( best fruit crepe I’ve ever had).
it is staffed part time, so no way to reach anyone for non emergency issues after 5. also no opportunity for early check in or late check out. it’s is a B&B run by a couple with a small staff so I get it , it felt like halfway between a motel and a VBRO.

They canceled our reservations at the last minute. We were left high and dry to find another place at the last minute. Not a good feeling having to do that.

decor looked nice
this place looks great on picture, but it is not practical. old homes turned to rental rooms and living area you are not allowed to use or touch. impractical furniture in the room . small sink in front of bed with no space for personal items. super small shower and toilet. broken shutters. absolutely no contact with personal. you check yourself in and out.

Beautifully decorated and loved the fireplace
did not locate a thermostat and it got cold. fireplace seemed to kick on at a certain temp that was controlled elsewhere

We paid extra for the breakfast. It was worth every dollar. The presentation, the freshness, taste was so fabulous!
I can't say. It was perfect!

Very beautiful, clean and cozy. The environment doesn't miss a beat.
In a perfect world I would like my own climate control. Having said that, we were very cozy!

We stayed in the territorial suite, which was beautifully decorated. We came in March, so it was still cold outside, but the space was warm, and the bathroom had heated floors!

This is a great place. It offers a unique experience that can be only found at Santa Fe. The location convenient but not crowded.
The brunch itself worth booking this place. It was more than just tasty, everything's fresh and many of the food are homemade.
The owner is a nice person, it was enjoyable talking with him about food.
I wish I could stay for more days.

I loved the room — it was beautifully designed and well-appointed — and the location. Close to downtown, but not too close. The place had style.
I think the brunch was overpriced. And the host wanted you to take your food very seriously.
I couldn’t access the reception / common spaces (there wasn’t ever any explanation why) and the courtyard was still closed up for the season.
