Central location, best hotel in the town center

The rooms are a bit dated and not very well maintained. Closet door handle, shower faucet handle, and toilet handle were all loose. Quite surprised Rosewood is ok with that. Checking out at 9am in the morning and the only person at the desk was the bell person. He was very nice but told us the manager was in the meeting so no one can properly check us out. Asked him to please let the manager know to send me the receipt via email ASAP and of course it never came. Again a bit shocked given this is a Rosewood property.

The room was perfect & so comfortable

The staff wasn’t the best. Kept calling me “Mrs”, asked where Mr Phillips was, when the reservation was just for me so that was odd. I might’ve added 2 people were to stay in the room, as my friend was coming, but odd the way it was approached. Staff was not helpful in getting a ride to airport. I was always sent to voicemail when ordering food or when the front desk would transfer me to restaurant. That was disappointing. Loved the room & the area downstairs, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

High price for such a basic hotel

We love it, but feel that prior to Covid, the Hotel is understaffed

everything was exceptional great staff, food, location, attention to all details, furnished bar in the room

I liked the size of my room, the bed was very comfortable, and the living space was a good size to work

I was shocked that this hotel didn't have a pool or spa area. The staff were hit or miss. I was looking to see what was down the stairs at the restaurant, and the manager told me it was for staff only and asked if I was a guest. Later on, another staff member told me that was where the bathrooms were - very weird.

The location is right in the heart of old town Sante Fe.

We had a pet dog. The hotel charges $75 a day pet fee. Although the hotel provides a doggy bed and food bowl. $150 is a lot for two days. Also, there isnt a safe place to take a pet out at night.

Location, beautiful accommodations, cozy

Staffing levels still impacted by COVID making service quite slow. Their staff works hard and is expected to do multiple jobs given shortages making the client service less than the perfect client service pre-COVID.

Breakfast was good but due to Covid and the holidays I guess the staff was small. I asked for orange juice twice and never received it. All in all though the breakfast was very good
