Shower was tight and shower water was low

The hot water and friendly front desk.
It was very loud guest they were in the halls at 1:00 am slamming doors and being loud.
Then at 6:30am-8-00am a family with children in the hall screaming and a man screaming at the children
I also wanted to check out later since I had a meeting that would not be done till 12:00 and wanted my spouse to be able to have the room till I was done but got denied.
Hard to get good sleep with the disrespect.

The hotel definitely looked like it had a recent makeover. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast was good and was open for several hours. I loved the pool and spa. Although it is not in Portland, the location was very convenient.
Maybe a little more variety with the breakfast, but it was still very good.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful
That there such be a time that only. Adults can use the pool and hot tub. We went to use it at 9:30 and it was all teenagers.

We stayed one night to be close to portland. Been here before and liked the location. The pool and hot tub were great too.
The air conditioner we had on high and coolest setting and still didn’t feel really cold in the room, but that’s okay.

The property was extremely clean!!! In their hallways, you couldn’t find anything on their dark black carpet. It was quite impressive. The breakfast was also delicious and had a nice variety along with their espresso machine. The staff was extremely friendly and even though there was a line of people at check in, they made some jokes and made us feel welcomed.
Wish the breakfast room was a little bit bigger.

The staff were incredible and very friendly. Breakfast was awesome with a good selection of food. Very easy to get in and out of hotel. and a gas station next door. Hotel had a good choice of toiletries, etc.
The plastic covers over the food at the buffet were difficult to use with just one hand. They would slide out of place when you opened the cover. In our room, there were some small spider mites over and around a light. I was able to get them with a tissue, but maybe a deeper cleaning in the room is in order.

Our room was really quiet - no noise from outside at all - and the bed was comfortable. Clean room, nice staff, easy location for getting to the airport very early the next day.

We ended up leaving this place was so bad
Everything .....kids running and screaming through the entire hotel .....needing key to acess any Ara of the hotel ...felt like everything was locked up ....made us feel very uneasy ...even have to check out towels for the pool .....it honestly felt like a temporary housing hotel

the breakfast was phenomenal. staff courteous. great location near beach and Sebagos! pool and hot spa with waterfall excellent. plenty of parking.
weather went from cold to hot all in one day. still beautiful part of the country! wish had a bottle opener.

By the stairs and door slammed all night and had 3 pending hotel charges on my card which with held a lot of funds.

only entrance to pool and hot tub is from outside and adult swim times were not followed

Heated outside pool is a great hit with the kids, especially in the middle of winter. Hot tub is great for adults and kiddie pool inside when you are done outside. Great breakfast selections and variety daily. Very comfortable beds.
Shower pressure was very lacking.

The breakfast surprisingly it was very good. Each day I was there it was something different is the main course. Always there was toast/bagels/muffins, plenty of fruit, plenty of beverage options.
The only thing I could say off color is that there was some sort of a convention for a “game “group which led to less room in the breakfast room. Many people had to stand.
