Great location, nice facilities, and large comfortable rooms. Fabulous water view!

Housekeeping knocked on our door before 9 am every morning, and very few of them spoke enough English to understand us. We asked one woman to give us 10 more minutes and she said okay. Then she pushed a card under our door that said, “Sorry we missed you.” Our room was never cleaned that day, though we left the room when we told her we would early that morning. Also, why does the bar not serve drinks until 5:00 pm each day? We ended up going somewhere else every day for cocktails, as they were not open until 5:00. Someone else got our cocktail $$ for four days in a row.

The property is well kept and clean in the middle of downtown Portland. There are many restaurants nearby, would recommend Luke's Lobster on the Portland Pier. The room was well sized and had a view of the harbor.

Parking fee is a hefty $30/night on top of your already high room costs. No breakfast or even a voucher for the restaurant on the property was included. The indoor pool is tiny. Ice maker was broken on our floor on all days we stayed.

Location and some helpful staff. Comfortable. Breakfast staff were all lovely.

We had four nights there and after much asking we managed to get our room serviced once. Reception could not understand the lack of service . We removed the do not disturb sign each day and we’re out from 10.30 to 16.00 each day. In the end they gave us free parking for the hassle.
