Good breakfast, nice size room, friendly staff, and good location

The bed sheets were not clean for both beds, a lot of hairs found on the bed sheets and pillows which disgust a bit. I asked staff to change, they said no house keepers so they pass the new sheets to us, me and my husband did the work. The floor was a lot of hairs too guess wasn't clean well. Besides these, no others to complain about.

Super comfy bed. Clean room with great walk in shower. Surprisingly great breakfast with good car parking. Perfect for a one night stop. Might not be in the best location but great value.

The smells, the mold/mildew on the bathroom shower door, the small tv, way over priced.

The gentleman working the front desk the evening we stayed was very friendly and helpful. We were about halfway through our trip and needed to do laundry at this stop, but I had not come prepared with quarters (I thought it'd either be a free service or there would be a quarter machine in the laundry room). The front desk employee was so kind to exchange dollar bills for $6 in quarters for me. I really appreciated him doing that, even though it probably left him a little low in his till. We also found the room to be very comfortable and the location was convenient.

There was something gross-looking - a hair scrunchie? A glove? I'm not totally sure (we didn't want to touch it) - left on the top of the shower door that made it feel a little less clean. I'm sure it was an isolated incident, and otherwise everything was fine.

The fact that single use plates,cups and cutlery are used at breakfast but that seems to be pretty standard at US hotels.

Great location and a nice room.

Stayed here while my mom was having surgery. I also work as her caregiver. She had some complications and was in the hospital longer than expected. I was unsure from one day to the next if I would have to stay another night. They were extremely accommodating. Not only have I never been to Maine med and felt lost, but was nervous about my mom’s surgery. I was so comfortable with my stay; that helped ease any nerves and concerns. I can’t thank them enough! I will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

The room was very comfortable, attractive and quiet, reception was excellent and the room was very clean.

The eggs at breakfast were rubbery and sweet! Do they put sugar in everything??? It's likely these eggs are pre-packaged and not cooked from eggs in the kitchen. At the price of accommodation, one would expect that the quality of something as basic as eggs could be improved. One other complaint is the curtains wouldn't close all the way to block bright lights from outside. Sleep is much better in complete darkness and there are those of us who prefer that.

Great hotel. New facilities. The room was very clean with very comfortable beds. They offered a free hot breakfast which the kids liked.

Even though the hotel was new and clean, the staff was not very friendly. They seemed more corporate like than friendly.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Facility was clean and tidy the the continental breakfast was fine. Tucked away in the corner of Portland not far from the interstate. Was very easy to find and over all a quiet part of town.

The bed sheets had hair stuck to them from previous guests as they were pillie…and hair stuck to them in the cleaning g process it appeared. Half eaten cake from previous guest in fridge.

Says guests here that are 18+ are considered adults, but apparently can't even rent a room here at 18. Showed up and was told they couldn't rent me the room because Im under 21, had to find another hotel last minute.
