Location was great for what we wanted to do. It was clean and well maintained

Lack of services- in room and in hotel. Had to request towel change, coffee pod replacement, no bottled water provided. No free coffee in lobby in am. Food available was minimal. For almost $1000 Canadian dollars per night I would expect more.

Not a child friendly atmosphere as men were seen parading around the facility dressed as women.

Great location if you wanna do the waterfront bar scene. Valet parking is $35 but you’d pay that at any other city. Staff was professional and courteous. Rooms were very clean and roomy. Showers were great. I only needed one king but two!

Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

The website lists parking is $21 per night. Apparently it changed quite some time ago to $35 per night but not updated on the site. That is a 40% increase! Deceitful, especially after paying over $1000 for a two day stay. We should never have had to pay more than what is advertised and should be refunded for the difference. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Elite Member and am very disappointed with this.

Location is good.

The room wreaked of bleach. It’s great that the room is clean but I couldn’t open a window to air the room out bc the windows do not open. And the bleach smell didn’t go away. Was overwhelming. 😞 Very disappointed.

We love the proximity to Becky’s and everywhere else in Old Town.
