The room was huge, the staff in the restaurant was very friendly. The front desk attendant was great.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower and urine on the back of the toilet. The bathroom door lock/handle was hanging off the door missing screws.

The location of this hotel is great.

Room wasn't clean. Wouldn't kill someone to sweep the bathroom between customers. Housekeeping staff was loud and obnoxious in the halls early on a Saturday. Elevator was down. Other one behaved oddly. We have been to this hotel 4 or 5 times previously. It's always been worth coming back to. Until now.

The cookie and the staff that was at the breakfast buffet. She was funny and nice.

When I got to my room they only gave me one big towel. It was me and my husband in a room. Mind you, it was a room with double beds. When trying to take a shower, there was no body soap. Had to call down to get it. When they came, he just opened my door and went into my bathroom. Would not stay here again.

Dirty shower curtain, our room was near ice machine so sometimes noisy, there is breakfast but there is a charge and we were not told about the charge. Waaaay overpriced for the stay itself.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The main lobby had complimentary coffee.

I was given no notice or forwarding that an event was happening at the location. I had expected to stay in the part of the hotel away from it but instead my room was located in the same building. After the loud and obnoxious event was completed, there was garbage all around outside and in the west tower lobby.

Pillows very comfortable. I like that it had a refrigerator microwave and safe. The shower was very nice. The room itself was clean. Notice OK Zoe sent.

The bar did not open till 5:00. We came in at 3:00. None of our group felt the price of the hotel was worth it. No breakfast other than an expensive Buffet at 18.00 a person. That was only breakfast, even though they called it brunch. Ice machine was on the fifth floor. We were on the 3 th. Just not worth 250.00 a night! Came in on a Saturday left Sunday morning.

I always wanted to go here and try it out. it wasn’t bad. I loved how spacious the rooms are.

Sadly, there’s two things. Behind the furniture was a little dirty and dusty. The bed was too hard and kinda hurt my back.

I liked the fact that it was quiet.

my son found a pill under his bed, there were no cups for the coffee machine there was no body wash in the shower or any soap to be able to wash your hands the microwave was dirty.
