The hotel is retro and fun, however the pillows were very thick, stiff and uncomfortable. We asked for thinner, softer pillows, but they only had one style. We both had bad nights’ sleeps.

We loved this hotel! Lots of 60’s memorabilia throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet is not included however the hotel staff (Ellen) comped us 2 breakfast vouchers. Delicious buffet- real eggs!

These are our complaints. 1. We were unable to access the WIFI 2. The TV was operable but we were unable to determine what was on any of the channels we could access 3. The clock showed an incorrect time, we were unable to correct it, and no where in the hotel were we able to get a clock that showed the right time. When we complained to the desk, someone would come, but could do nothing about the issue, would promise to check on it and return, but never did. Finally a manager arrived and even she couldn't help. We finally cancelled the 2nd night, but because we had no internet could not make other arrangements for a hotel. Had to impose on family for our 2nd night. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.

It was fine. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. I paid for the $15 breakfast but no one was checking at the door so anyone could go in, paid or not. The person who checked me in did the job but was not especially helpful, leaving me to figure out where the elevators were, etc all on my own while hauling heavy luggage. So, yes, it was fine but not great.

It’s a great place to stay if you need something near Logan airport… However, the breakfast food was very stale, and the hot food was like warm. So it was almost $20 for a below average breakfast. If you stay here, make sure you eat someplace else.

We came here for a convention. We were thrilled with the cleanliness, feeling of safety and ease of getting from rooms to meetings. Staff was very friendly and unibtrusive. Hope our company chooses this hotel again.
