It was okay

No microwave. The eggs were a tad bit cold.

Not easy to find entrance from road due to poor signage.

I was told for three days that the manager would contact me to resolve a problem. She never did, and I'm still waiting for someone from this hotel to contact me. The ice machine was not working. I was charged for a night that I did not stay and have not been credited back for it. Also the pool and hot tub were closed for repair.

Absolutely ridiculous noise from the floor above us I told the front desk and nothing was done. It was scaring our dog, who would then bark.

Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

There were some very loud guest with lots of kids. I was woken up several times from the noise. I think it was a team of some sort, but the kids were out of control and the noise was very noticeable which made my stay less comfortable for the price I paid.

facility was nice as well as the price

being kicked out of our room because we had a three year old making kid normal noises at 2:30-3:00 pm and the room on the lower floor had a problem with it. just felt a little like we were treated wrong. probably choose another place to stay next time.

The refrigerator in our room made a noise the whole night and did not stop.

Clean and nice breakfast.

The entire facility was pretty good. The breakfast was awesome and the staff working the kitchen were the most helpful and sweetest. The breakfast offered a great variety for different dietary needs. So that was nice. Had fresh fruit, oatmeal, toast, muffins, begals, turkey sausage (huge plus we don't eat pork) omelets, hard boiled eggs, pancakes and a waffle maker with tons of options to make the waffles yummy. And a few different juice options. The room was clean and the stay was great.

The bathroom vents were dirty and the elevator was a little scary its just slow and loud. Could probably use a servicing. But that's not worth a bad review. We definitely would stay again.
