This property is located in terrible area - an industrial area adjacent to a Public Storage; not even fast food nearby. I did not consider it safe to leave my expensive vehicle in their parking lot overnight. I found another hotel and called them 30 mins in advance of my estimated arrival of 4PM. I told them the reason I didn’t want to stay. They said I should call booking.com and provided the phone number — to cancel. I did. Booking.com said they would send the cancellation notice; to look for the update, not to worry. I got a follow up text from the hotel at 6PM informing me that they hadn’t gotten the cancellation message so I called booking.com again; they resent the msg and additionally advised me to ask the hotel to email the cancellation. I called the hotel. They let the phone ring, never picked up. I sent them a message through booking.com’s ‘contact the property’ and then a follow up summary of all communication. They never answered those messages. This morning — the following day —the hotel texts my phone at 4:41AM that they were charging me for the room. I called Booking.com — for the third time. Had they sent those messages to the hotel? Yes. They then phoned the hotel; they refused to refund. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company. Best Western Plus Henderson is an unscrupulous business.

desde el 31agt2023 llevo gestionando que me reembolsen 366 dolares que me cobraron de mas y no ha sido posible la decolucion, y eso que la reserva esta por booking!!! han pasado 2 meses y el hotel no gestiona mi devolucion.!!!

Ich hatte am nächsten Morgen sehr viele Insekten Bisse, die ganten Arme voll. Vermutlich Bettwanzen. Es ging 2 Wochen, bis ich wieder beschwerdefrei war.

Lots of parking, the space was clean, the hotel was quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay in Vegas without breaking the bank. The staff was friendly, nothing to complain about, it isn’t a fancy hotel but got the job done

We got a double room almost double the size from normal.. it was a great stay👍

Great helpful staff I had a few large UPS deliveries for an event, which they kept secure for me Daily room cleanings if needed / wanted which I haven’t seen post Covid Solid breakfast
