É um hotel que qualquer pessoa entra. Tivemos uma tentativa de assalto ao subir o elevador. 3 homens com copos de bebida na mão e ao entrar digitaram o andar acima do nosso. Ao sairmos eles seguraram o elevador e vieram atrás de nós. Percebemos e fingimos ter esquecido algo no carro e eles fingiram estar perdidos. (Sorte nossa que rapidamente chegou o elevador e fomos embora)

Nothing really . All good!

Really enjoyed the location, was great for Universal of course being right at the entrance, but also good location in terms of getting to other main parks such as Disney parks, very close to International Drive as well for all of the restaurants and activity to do along there. I enjoyed the facilities very much, pool, splash pad for the kids, hot tub available, so many different amenities on site, convenience store, restaurant, games room, gym, starbucks, great breakfast, and the list goes on! Ice cream store, can't forget that!! Will be back for sure

Had a few billing issues had to work through with the front desk, key card to get into the parking area wasn't working properly so my Dad had to call the push for button for access many time, slight inconvenience there

La limpieza del baño,el toilet demasiado sucio y no fluchaba.

Really good but the could do a better job on shower. No pressure and really old.

Everything was very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The restaurants on site were very good. Love that it's so close to all the attractions. Nice big pool and jacuzzi.

Safe didn't work, and door to room stuck . Hard to open.

Tout. La chambre était très grande. Les lits sont très confortables, rien à dire. L’hôtel se situe à 10 minutes des parcs avec une navette gratuite. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel !

Je trouve un peu cher le petit-déjeuner 31$ hors taxes.

They overbooked the property and refused us a room. We were made to transfer 20min away to a sister location which took another 45 min to arrange after we were exhausted from traveling all day.

The property was good

I really enjoyed the staff, food, pool, my over all stay way great up until my 2nd night.

I was treated not so nicely by the night person behind the counter. Terrible attitude, and rude.

Be aware that they will not notify you if there is any issue with your room prior to check. We arrived to check into our room and was advised that there were no rooms available due to a water leak. we decided to book a new hotel and while waiting for our Lyft, we noticed that the front desk was checking in multiple other people but yet told us we didn't have a room.

Si vas a Universal te queda re cerca, su piscina es buenisima y las habitaciones super grandes y muy cómodas. El personal de house keeping impecable.

El personal de recepción en el Check in prácticamente te hace el favor de atenderte no fue nada amable.

I loved how the guest services stayed in contact with throughout my stay to check on me!

The reservationist didn’t offer us cookies when we came in.

Great location for Universal. Within walking distance to City Walk. Warm cookies!

Noisy-could hear people talking at night. Loud air conditioner. Maid service made too many attempts. Property needs to be updated.

We liked that the hours that the ice cream shop was open and the availability of Starbucks.

Didn't like how difficult it was to get in and out of the parking area. At times our card did not work and then we had to use the buzzer to either enter or exit. Other times the gate were left in the up position so cars could freely come and go, a bit confused by that.

It just needs a little updating. The toilet didn’t want to flush and the shower head hardly had water pressure and settings. There was no vent fan in the bathroom so the steam from showers couldn’t escape.
