There is nothing to like unless you expect the same amenities as a comfort Inn at a Hilton price

1) I booked with booking.com and paid taxes and fees. I get to the hotel and they charge me almost $400.00 in additional taxes and fees for a two night stay. Needless to say, I was upset. 2) The sink was clogged, and the shower would not work without assistance from the maid. 3) I expected to have cocktails by the pool. The bar does not open until 4pm each day. Also, lots of kids 4) There is no beach access across the street. You need to walk over a 1 1/2 miles to get access to the beach 5) The pool towels they provide are small and very thin. Same quality as a motel 6 6) Pool area is much smaller than the photos appear

Breakfast is average hotel Breakfast, had a burger grilled out by the pool it also was average, property lounge and garden were nice and had games to play if you sign them out. Nice to be able to see the beach from property.

Hotel front desk staff and management, hotel hallways have no ac and windows are open so warm smelly and humid when not in your room or lobby, elevator is beyond slow, hotel beds very firm and bed linens very uncomfortable, during my stay there was a pool towel theft problem so you had to sign out towels and not all staff on same page, I feel this to be unacceptable from a hilton, beach is across a busy street and you can either walk a mile to safely access it or you can hike down to it, so eventhough you can see the beach accessing it is a different story, also hotel is not in walking distance to anywhere, close but not walking, and if you try to Uber nobody ever accepts the trip because it's to short, just assuming that, so you will need to drive.

The room was generally stocked well with clean sheets and better than average quality bath linen.

The exterior of the property is not well maintained. The parking lot is not in great condition, luggage carts are in poor shape. While the room was generally clean...needed some on-going maintenance.

Recently remodeled, and they implemented some technology for check-in and out, door lock, and others. It was really clean, and the personnel was friendly and welcoming.

the parking fee is too high, for no services at all. They just have a parking lot and charge this $22 a day for a spot. Sad!

The location was very convenient for us. We were a short drive from everything we needed and had the advantage of not being in a crowded area. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was super comfortable.

Considering the property's location, we had to pay a $20 per night parking fee, which I thought was excessive. While I understand the business aspect of it, I thought the fee was double what it should be.

Maids are GREAT! So helpful.

Not worth the money. The rooms and hotel are run down. High for pet fees and parking. Charge for breakfast.
