Location was good

Our bed was hard , not enough cover ,we checked in as a couple with 3 pillows on the bed hotel policy they don’t give out any pillows, our toilet leaked .

Location was great.

Bed was uncomfortable and shower was too small. We are handicapped and could barely turn atround in shower stall.

Didn't like paying $250 deposit now l have to wait 7days for my money the clerk says it to make sure you don't take any towels and the room was left in order it your word against mine thank God l took photos

I did not see a complementary breakfast. There was honestly nothing but the location of this hotel that was good.

They advertised to have a pool, it was shut down. The beds were so thin you could feel the springs. They didn’t even offer soap and shampoo. It smelled like smoke in the entire motel. The staff acted like they didn’t even want to be there.

I like that it has a hallway entrance instead of an outside entrance.

I arrived at 2:20 and tried to check in. There were 4 employees standing around talking behind the desk. When I said that I wanted to check in, I was informed that I would be charged 15.00. Wow. I promptly left and cane back at 3. There was NO ONE at the desk at 3. I was the third person tin line rying to check in, and no one was there to help. The person in front of me called the motel number, and someone answered the phone. However, the bell on the front desk was useless since no one came when it was rang. Poor customer service. Not sure if I will stay there again!

We’ve stayed there several times and it feels comfortable going there. The people that work there are really nice.

The bathroom door has a loud squeak when you close it and they need to put a bench out front so my husband has a place to sit outside.
