Old washcloth left in the bathroom. Chair and ottoman stained. Desk chair had the vinyl covering flaking off. One lamp shade was stained and the other had a big tear in it

Everything. I do wish the hottub was working though, but overall we love it there. It is my son Noah's favorite hotel. We go there an stay so he can get his treatments in Little Rock. It's close enough still for us to arrive at his Apts. I believe it's one of the best in Conway.

The location was great..right across from BWs and quick access to the highway...pleasant stay!!

Staff was blah!! The evening staff appeared irritated and ready to go home...the morning staff wasn't much better. A little outdated in decor...

The cleanliness of our room was very very poor. Floors, bedding, furniture, curtains, bathroom, and surfaces of counters and tables all dirty.

It was super clean, cozy and comfortable, luxurious and quiet. I have not experienced a more pleasant stay anywhere. The staff was courteous, friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with a variety of hot and cold selections. I wish I could have stayed longer but was just passing through.

Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were courteous all the way through. Breakfast was clean and varied.

The lighting was a little confusing, in our room the light just inside the door turned on the light under the TV, and the bathroom lights took a bit of figuring out. And while we appreciated the extra bedroom space, we probably would have traded some of it for a little more bathroom space.

Breakfast was good. Location was also good.

Hot tub wasn’t working. That was one of the reasons we stayed there.

Great hotel, very clean .staff extremely friendly. Great location, just off the highway. Breakfast was good eggs waffles cereal the usual.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed when we were there. It's just bad timing, I guess. Hopefully, when we get back around, it will be open .

Convenient central location around restaurants, shopping. Comfortable beds, the suite we stayed in was very roomy. Friendly Staff. Hot breakfast.

Dated, needs renovation and new furniture in rooms such a couch and desk chairs. They were stained and broken. Our first room had dusty vents, tiles around wall in the bathroom fell off to floor when I opened the bathroom door. No housekeeping but every 3 days so I had to take out my own trash, request towels and trash bags. Pool was shut down during our stay. Not enough parking so I had to park across the street then walk at night time.

The hot water didn't get very hot so had to take a shower with Luke warm water. Room was not stocked properly.

When asking for cover for pull out sofa was told they had no blankets. Then asked for towels and was told there was no towels in the whole hotel. Wouldn’t stay there again.

the shower was barely warm and there was an air co Durick we vent that was inside the shower and blew directly on you . it would have been ok if the shower had had hot water
