Spacieux pour une famille de 6 personnes (13, 12, 3 et 1 an), bien insonorisé et décor et mobilier moderne

Une petite kitchenette aurait été parfait car la suite était grande et pour une famille ça peut être important

Only the inside of our room

As we walked in we were immediately hit with strong pungent cigarettes smell that I had my kids wait outside with dad while I checked in staring at the "no smoking" sign on the counter. The lobby area and hall reminded me of a Travelodge or motel 6. Even as we walked to our room on the 2nd floor I had a flashback to one of those old horror movies that took place at a rundown motel and clutched my kids even tighter. We had a pool view which would have been cool if the pool was actually clean and the water wasn't a pond looking green. Upon the kids excitement after seeing it I had to tell them that it was broken and couldn't be used because ugh! So gross!!! I think I saw mosquito tadpoles swimming around. Let's just say I am glad it was just one night in that place but the price was completely overpriced for it.

a bit ruined down furniture a bit worn carpets in room needed cleaning breakfast was ok but too much plastic/paper cutlery and bowls etc. not good on the environment

Good hotel, new furniture, overall looks like a real hotel, parking area, hot breakfast, nice people inside. Good location

Paid parking, breakfast was hot, but nobody hurry up to refill food, so potato and bacon was finished quickly... Small bottle of water costs 3$. No water bottles in the room. In the morning we were checking out the room was cleaned like we already checked out about 2 times when we leaved hotel by our business :-) Also it was no water at time we should check out. It was shortage of water in the whole hotel.

The location was great, and they did send someone immediately to fix the light in our bathroom.

Front Desk staff was not welcoming at all and were very rude. Overall the hotel needs a "face lift". Houston in the summer is hot enough, the AC in the building needs work. The gym was poor, and the breakfast was mediocre at best.

It was a little complicating to check in at first but after that we had no problem. The environment is very peaceful and nice. I enjoyed my staying there. The room was very nice and clean. Would totally recommend.
