Location was great. Valet was easy. Breakfast was good.

We listened to a small dog bark all night long. We couldn't sleep well due to that. For the amount we paid, we should have been able to sleep well. Along with that, they were out of hair conditioner. Of course I didn't realize until I was already in the shower.

Beautiful view of the city. easy to walk anywhere.

Security of the place. I did forget to tip maid but tipped the valet pretty well

I'm old so could have had better directions in facility.

The location was a good, centralized location. It was in the downtown area and close to a lot of places.

I was unaware that the parking was going to cost as much as it did. It tacked on an additional $200-$300 on an already pricey hotel.

Attended a concert at TCU Amphitheater and the hotel was within walking distance of the venue. Plenty of good restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Room was comfortable.

The bathroom and the vanity are very small, and overall, this is a 2 to 3 star hotel. So the pricing was ridiculously high. For that price, we could have chosen a much nicer place. They also had a fire in the kitchen which prevented us from enjoying a hot breakfast (included in the price). They should have provided some discount off the price because of that, but they did not.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained for an older building. Staff was very helpful.
