It was clean, the staff was amazing, the continental breakfast was the greatest. Their omelette bar was top notch!! We spent 5 days and it was such a great value.

The pool was a little chilly, that’s honestly about it. The tv in the bedroom wouldn’t connect to the internet so we had to just use the antenna. The hotels response to the issue was great!

4 burned out bulbs in room all working were low voltage. Evident huge stains on couch. Had to put a towel down

The person who checked us in Aimee was very nice. The other person at the desk was not. The breakfast had many options and the space was clean. The towels were clean It had a working refrigerator and sink for washing out the many sippy cups we have.

The pack and play had a bug in it. And it was broken The room was dirty, all the sofas were well worn and dingy. We tried to call the front desk about the pack and play and the phones didn't work. We were too tired after driving with 3 small children to complain. My 5 year old found long hairs on the comforter.tha bathroom was not cleaned well.

The room is clean and breakfast is fantastic

Hotel is very dirty! We had roaches in our room. Carpet is very dirty! Walls need cleaning. Hotel is in need of serious renovations.

I usually look forward to the breakfast and especially the omelet while staying at Embassy Suites. This time it was very disappointing. The omelet had a strong cooking oil flavor. The grill didn’t seem clean. For my second morning, I chose French toast. It was terribly soggy. I did like the yogurt and strawberries.

My overall impression was that this hotel was shabby and dirty. The couch cushions were dirty and stained. The lamp in the bedroom didn’t work. The stopper to the sink was missing. The dresser door was broken. The handle on the toilet had to be held down for the entire duration of the flush or it would flush properly. I complained to the front desk shortly after checking in, and was given another room on the fourth floor. The hallway carpet was buckled and it looked like it had been flooded at one time. The second room was in even worse shape with a heavily stained mattress on the sofa bed. When I went back to the front desk, I was told the only other option would be a room with a king bed. I said that wouldn’t work and we would go back to the original room. The male desk clerk said he would comp one night since we were staying two nights. This unfortunately was not reflected on the bill.

Outside and public spaces well maintained. Breakfast buffet was good with eggs. omelets and fresh fruit.

Main entry had stairs and difficult to bring heavy suitcases up to door. Ceilings in bath were cracked and needed painting. Bathtub dingy and floor around tub looked very dusty. Pillows were pretty flat.

My toilet had a spot of blood on the side of it, but I had my own cleaning product and cleaned it up myself.

I am due a refund. The A/C was inoperative I was told that one nite would be refunded

The ambience. Excellent breakfast omelette crew is the greatest. We enjoyed the happy hour.

more than once there was a lot of water on the floor of the elevator this creates a major hazard

The breakfast was good but there was no silverware so the attendant went to the kitchen and rinsed off a fork and gave it to me. So my husband didn’t have anything to eat with! She obviously didn’t want to work that day

They didn’t have clean silverware, forks or spoons.
