Older motel but decently clean.

If you like clean towels, ice and WiFi this isn’t the place for you. And don’t expect your key cards to work more than once. Climb 1/2 mile from lobby to your room straight up the side of a mountain. No elevators.

The only complaint was bath tub could have been cleaner and more up to date

Everything was in walking distance. It was very nice place to stay

Terrible rooms and the rooms do not look anything like pictures on the internet and they will not refund your money. Would not recommend this hotel and definitely do NOT USE BOOKING.COM.

No maid service. Parking is cramped. Baseboard loose in room. Tub drained very slow. Smell of Marijuana made sitting on balcony difficult. Restaurant on site closed. Cost to high for what you get

Good location, within walking distance of most attractions. Friendly staff that text you to check if you need anything. Room was large. Beds/pillows were comfortable and appeared clean.

Walls are very thin making it easy to hear everything happening in the next room. Curtain blocks airflow from air conditioning. The ice machine in our building was down. The vending machine took my money. No complimentary breakfast offered.

Didn't like our room location and having to use the stairs, just was a bad weekend for me and wife but overall everything seemed fine. It was our 3rd stay, other 2 stays were perfect....

The view was great from our rooms. The location was great, walked everywhere we wanted and back to the room no issues.

The people in the room beside my daughter were exceptionally loud both nights.

everything! this was an emergency stay due to the snow storm. the room was very old, cold, dirty and parking sucked!! the staff was the only thing that was good about the place. Everything needs to be redone! also, we lost our tablet, called and sent an email with no response. after driving 14 hour back home as this was a one day stay cause there was no way we could stay here again or any longer then one day. worst hotel resort ever!!!!!

The location was great, was close to the main strip. The staff was very nice and check-in was a smooth process.

The room was outdated and not very clean. No maid service and the WIFI didn't work. I advise the front desk of the WIFI issue and they provided me with a number to call to have them trouble shoot the issue with their IT Team. I was on the phone for over an hour and still didn't get fixed. I am not sure why they would expect a gust to call their IT Department. I believe this should be an employee that should make the call to resolve the issue. I have 3 kids with me that need the WIFI and since we couldn't get it, we decided to leave a day early. No refund was offered and only mentioned they would advise Management. The girls at the front desk were very nice about it and offered another room or to reset the WIFI, It was to late we had already packed and decided to leave/

This hotel is in a great spot to walk around to visit and sightseeing around Gatlinburg. The price was a nice deal for the weekend and the staff here is amazing and are very helpful. Parking is also right next to the room so it's convenient. The wifi worked very well too.

So this property is older and in need of some updates and remodeling. The bathroom had a dirty towel from the previous guest, the sink didn't drank property because the stopper was broken and the shower handle was loose and made it hard to get the right setting. The shower floor has also see better days. Definitely needs some newer features. Also, was annoyed that the heated pools were not working anymore. It was one reason why we chose the hotel. Also, their restaurant was closed for good as well so that was annoying because I chose this hotel because of all of these amenities but they were all closed. They should update there listing to show what they have, otherwise it's just all false.

Great location and pet friendly were benefits. Fireplace was nice. Just spent one night but would definitely return.

There was not a jacuzzi on site. Also, it was an older room which lacked a lot of lighting. The toilet had issues as well.
