We liked the neighbourhood - located inside the GW campus. So quite friendly, lots of smaller shops and bars. White House is within a walking distance. It was all clean.

Check in took almost 20 minutes because the lady was alone on the phone and nobody helped her out. Staff was okay. No fridge (also no minibar). It's quite loud, both from the street and the airplanes. I asked for a quit room, if this is as quit as it can be, well it wasn't. The windows were quite old and thin - I couldn't close them fully. The whole hotel is not very new, it's clean and was renovated at some point, but looking at the air con I would say it's from the 70s/80s. Again, this doesn't mean that it wasn't clean. But all in all, for that price, I expect more. The room was large, but a smaller one with less noise would have been much better.

it was a nice little older building, well kept! had a tiny little kitchen in room which is super nice for longer stays!

the parking situation is awful, you have to wait for a bell man to come let you into the garage every time you want to come in and the garage is tinyyyy. no air conditioning so we had to crack the windows. just sort of inconvenient.

Location,we walked everywhere we wanted to visit. Also loved having a good restaurant on site.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est toujours là pour nous aider avec le sourire. C’est un hotel bien situé à environ dix minutes du métro Foggy botom. Le service de bagagerie de l’hôtel est super si vous arrivez ou partez avant ou après le Check - In. La chambre est très très spacieuse bien nettoyer et très propre. Le lit est grand et confortable avec autant d’oreiller que l’on souhaite. La salle de bain est super avec des produits de qualité et des serviettes changé chaque jours. Nous recommandons vivement cette hôtel pour tous type de voyageur. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse !!!

Close to restaurants, transit, groceries, GWU and Washington sights. We could walk to Foggy Bottom Metro and be to our destinations within 15 minutes. Having a kitchen was great for preparing breakfasts, if we chose, or storing snacking foods. Hotel staff was always helpful and friendly.

Duży, przestronny pokój. Bardzo czysto. Blisko do centrum i głównych atrakcji. Miły i pomocny personel.

I could not understand why you would serve a bowl of fruits as a meal. This was new to me. Need to let persons know this before an order is made.

Needed to have at least a kettle in my room. I would expect that every room would have this in it.

Großes Zimmer mit extra Küche und Ankleidezimmer.

Badezimmer war relativ klein und hatte wenige Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen und kaum Ablageflächen. Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Excellent hôtel formidablement bien placé pour nos visites de Washington (métro à moins de 10mn et bus à proximité immédiate), au calme, chambre très confortable et spacieuse, salle de bain très bien équipée. Petit déjeuner possible au Garden Café au RdC de l'hôtel (mais non inclus au prix de la chambre). Tout pour s'acheter de quoi diner sainement à moins de 10mn à pied. notre chambre comportait une vraie cuisine (fourneaux, micro-ondes, frigo/congélateur, machine à café et dosettes fournies, accessoires pour cuisiner) que nous avons utilisée pour nos diners et la plupart de nos petits-déjeuners, c'était vraiment parfait !

Le seul point à améliorer : les chaînes TV qui sont très loin de l'attendu en 2023 ! Attention : chaînes "câblées" = peu de chaînes et de qualité de définition d'image des années 80 !

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, um Washington zu erkunden. Und die Ecke war auch eine coole Bar. Das Zimmer, das Bett und das Bad waren groß und sauber. Wir hatten eine eigene Kaffemaschine und einen Wasserkocher, was super angenehm war. Auch zwei Wasserflaschen waren mit dabei.

Es war relativ kalt im Zimmer. Die Heizung konnte man nicht richtig steuern.

Conveniently located within walking distance to monuments and museums. Spacious clean room with large bathroom/dressing area. Really appreciate the 2 waters left daily and all the Bath & Body Works products in bathroom. The front desk staff were very friendly during the day but not very informative. The nice staff were much more sharing of areas of DC to see.

TV was quite small. Ice machines would be convenient but having the ice delivered was fine. There was no mini refrigerator in the room which would have been nice.

Room was huge, bathroom as well. It was nice, clean and bed was super comfortable. Hotel is located in university campus, so it is safe and area is nice, with lots of young people. Metro station is not far and all attractions are nearby

Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht. Frühstück war im Preis nicht inkludiert, man konnte aber im Hotel a la carte frühstücken und das Angebot war sehr gut, wir haben pro Person zwischen $ 10 - 15 gezahlt, Das Zimmer war sehr groß, hatte sogar eine Kitchenette, haben wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen, Alles war sehr sauber, sehr angenehme Betten (2 Queensize). Lage war sehr gut, 15 min vom White House in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend, In der Nähe gab es ein sehr gutes Restaurant, haben nicht viel weitergesucht, weil es für die zwei Tage Aufenthalt ausreichend war.

Hotel temperature was not appropriate. individul controls not operative and cold front was in the area making the rooms cold and the heater mode was not activated.

The hotel does not have enough parking availability for the number of rooms. The staff had no clue where to tell us to park or the location of the actual garage suggested.

Quiet and spacious

close to where we needed to be for the AFSP out of the darkness walk.

The hotel is exceptional. The rooms were very large and clean. The bathroom showers had the highest pressure of any hotel I have ever stayed in (in a good way!) All staff were friendly every time I interacted with them. I used one of their on-site car parks which felt very secure. It's an easy location to drive to while also being within a 10 minute walk of the national mall area. There are good restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel

One of the rooms did not have any mugs, so I had to use one of the provided disposable coffee cups. Not a big issue, but it did feel a bit wasteful.
