Amazing client service!!!

Our tv did not work.

We had to switch rooms due to a party right above us and having a sleeping infant. The staff were so accommodating, no questions asked. They really helped diffuser a stressful situation.

The two complaints I have is that one, none of the TV's had their audio/video synced correctly. It made it impossible to watch anything. Secondly, the heating in the second room did not work well enough. Again though, the staff were unbelievable.

The location is perfect. Aquarium is across the street. The hotel is amazing. Clean, comfortable and staff were beyond helpful and friendly. The bed was VERY comfortable! We will come back next time we’re in Toronto.

Breakfast was great. Timing is also perfect (7_11). Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic, close to CN tower, aquarium, Roger's Center and 30 minutes walk to Eaton Center. Our room was 4115 and amazing views, facing CN tower and also able to view the lake.

Interent wifi was only connecting for one of us, either mine or my husband's. We can not connect on both of our phones.

Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. View was wonderful. Location was very convenient. Room was nice and clean.

This hotel is located between the CN tower, Scotia bank arena, the Rodgers Centre, and the Ripley aquarium. All of the locations are within a one to two minute walk.

The fee for parking is a bit much.

Staff seemed kind, but didn’t offer the amenities that were promised at check in. Beds were very uncomfortable. Forgot something in the room and housekeeping claims it was not there.

Great staff. Princess went above and beyond. Such a great young lady.

The location was excellent, with an entrance to the PATH underground city on 2nd floor, the view from the room was great, the room was very big and spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast was pretty good.

The water pressure wasn’t the best (we were on 19th floor) and the waiters at breakfast added an extra tip for themselves without our authorization which we got back when we checked out.

elegí una habitación "esquinera" hermosa vista pero si quieres explotarla al máximo asegúrate de que te den un piso muy alto, yo estuve en el 9 y me quede un poco decepcionada. La ubicación es excelente y el hotel tiene conexión con el union express. Lllegué una hora antes de mi check-in y como la habitación estaba disponible me dejaron instalarme antes, lo cual amé!!

Un poco sucia las cafeteras en la habitación, y solo dos botellas pequeñas de agua, la calefacción por mas que me aseguraba de tenerla abuena temperatura nunca me quito el frio, tal vez fui yo que no la supo usar.

La vasca con vista su tutta la città era spettacolare. Meravigliosa!!!

La TV è proprio davanti al letto e copre la vista interamente. Andrebbe messa a muro.

De locatie was fantastisch. Ook het personeel was super behulpzaam. De concierge (waar ik helaas de naam van ben vergeten) wist nog wie we waren dat we terug kwamen om onze koffers te halen.

Kan ik niks voor bedenken.

We liked the fact that there were no stairs.

We thought that the price could be cheaper per night. Like 300.00 We are now in Edmonton and paid 144.00 per night. Also has a bigger handicap bathroom and full size fridge, 2 queen beds.

The lobby was very nice. The location was excellent! Anyone going to a Blue Jays game would love this location! The bathroom was nicely stocked with toiletries! The night view was pretty amazing!

The room was average and the view was looking at a rail station. The television didn't work properly and we couldn't close the curtains that faced the office building directly across from our room. Parking was extra, and for that price, it definitely should be included!!! The breakfast was supposed to be included but we were charged $98. Had to call the hotel and have the cost removed!

Ni access to roof bar as constantly booked out for private functions.

I was in contact with a person from the hotel as my other stay was awful and he promised the lowest level etc and then we arrive and there doing construction on the two lowest floors and my sister had to walk up 7 flight of stairs as she doesn’t do elevators. Apparently they didn’t know they were doing construction which I find funny

The fact they “didn’t know they were doing construction” and couldn’t let me know as my sister doesn’t do elevators and we could have looked for a different place. I will never go back.

location to Rogers centre for Pink concert.

The hotel was not prepared for the amount of people and they knew that there was a concert on that night. couldn’t get food at the restaurant for dinner. paid 25 dollars for a 5 once glass of white wine X 2 ridiculous highway robbery.

It’s far too expensive stay there
