The facilities were great The staff was terrific and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful Obviously a popular place.

Bed was too firm for my preference

The location is convenient to get to West Edmonton mall or on the Yellowhead Highway and Anthony Henday. Daniel the front staff at checkin was friendly and attentive to guests The food choices were decent for à continental breakfast. However nothing was labelled and definitely not good for anyone with allergies.

The room was dirty. The lamps were very dusty, the tv remote was sticky. The floors weren’t mopped or vacuumed. The bedding (top blanket) had a funky smell. The breakfast plates were dirty along with cutlery.

the Location , very easy to find , the facility is new , Staff very friendly , the rooms are at modern standard , showers and bedding excellent very comfortable , it;s worth the stay and worth the price

breakfast needs little bit of improvement , taking in consideration that it's a new and modern facility , maybe throw in a little bit of bacon will help the taste of the breakfast

We were coming for to this hotel second time. During booking I asked for checking in to hotel at 1 pm, and I were promised that I will be check in at 1 pm. When we arrived - The staff asked us to pay more for upgrade room , because it's New Year , all staff is off, - rooms are not ready, so we have to pay. Last time the water and juice next to reception were complimentary, this time the hotel is saving money -so no water and juice , they just unplug the machine. I went to gym - the cooler is broken there, when I said that it should be water there, the staff in front of me switch on machine next to reception to let me drink some water. We came to room - there was no shower gel in the bathroom, we have to ask housekeeping to feel the shower gel so we can have some shower. We wanted to close curtains in the room - it's broken , my husband call the engineering person to fix it and my husband was helping himself the staff to fix curtains. The heating system was not working - we have to call someone to fix it, The person came and he told us he cannot fix it, so we slept with child in cold room for 2 nights. During breakfast there was not enough food, the staff was very rude, she just said she doesn't have any more muffins... I wanted one more glass of juice, again they shut juice machine, - and in front of me they have to put it on to let me fill my small glass of juice. Sorry, I will not come to this hotel again.

I enjoyed our stay in your hotel...I like the set up..the kitchen is complete to satisfy our needs..I will recommend your hotel to my friends who are planning to visit Edmonton.

We were told we were too loud. I couldn't book another night because of that. I know I left two pairs glasses and a gold necklace there a. It's impossible to greet a hold of anyone.

I like watching entertainment but tv remote was not working and when I told front counter staff about it, he said he’ll send someone to fix it but no one came to fix it.
