The room was comfortable, clean, large and quiet. Location was excellent and close to the downtown area. Breakfast was great and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Would have liked heavier blankets Room was a little dated but very comfortable.

The price was good. They found a way to reduce costs without sacrificing customer service or cleanliness.

I guess if I had to nitpick it would be not enough channels on the TV but honestly it didn’t bother me that much.

It was nice to be within walking distance of everything you need. it was nice to have options for breakfast in the fridge too. The worker we met upon checkin was kind too.

The door was open when we arrived and the AC was still in the window unsealed so it was very cold in the room when arriving. When we were trying to wind down at night the people beside us were quite loud and a dog was barking and then there were quite a few flying bugs in the room.

I booked a staycation to Banff for my dad for his birthday, but unfortunately there were wifi issues at the hotel. Elsa informed me prior to their arrival, and kindly paid for a stay at Best Western for my dad. I'm really grateful for what you've done, thank you so much for going above and beyond!

it was my first experience with a bed and Breakfast, not at all what I expect d after hearing friends amazing experiences. we could hear the family next door, and it was not what I expected for breakfast.

Perhaps a facelift like lighter paint colours for the walls and lighter coloured carpet or flooring. The edges around the shower stall showed some rust.

Great location for downtown Banff and our room was huge, two double beds for the two of us and a good sized bathroom. The owner was friendly and there was ample parking on the property. We really enjoyed the breakfasts provided as we were up early most days and enjoyed eating before we left for the day rather than going out and finding somewhere for breakfast then waiting for it to be made. Can't complain on the selection, there was so much choice; cereal, breakfast muffins and croissants, fruits, juices, milk, eggs, sweet muffins, yogurts.

Our room could be easily upgraded, some paint, change the light fittings and hang a picture up could really improve the space just to make it a nicer place to wake up too.

The room is very spacious and clean. The receptionist is nice and accommodating. It’s recommendable.

I was under the assumption that there was a breakfast room. I would’ve liked this as I get up early and like to have coffee while my kids sleep.

The coffee wasn’t restocked. The water in the walls was loud. There was no one there when I wanted to check in.
