Wouldn't accept cash. No credit card receipt. All the appearance of a confidence racket. Didn't react on chat requests from the airport for shuttle service. Had to take a taxi (overpriced). Smelly hotel (mold, dust, marijuana). Forced us to cancel booking.com reservation and pay up front in the hotel. No blackout curtain. Body wash bottle empty.

Corridor carpet needs to be upgraded….it’s old and if changed will make the hotel look fresh and cleaner

When Checking In The Gentleman At The Front Desk Didn't Tell Me What Times Breakfast Would Be Served, He Didn’t Tell Me All The Hotels Amenities, He Talked Super Low And Had A Mask On So I Had To Keep Saying “Excuse Me, I Can’t Hear You”. And Housekeeping Just Walked In My Room A Hour Before Checkout Time. She Didn’t Say What She Was Coming In For, When She Saw Me & My Husband She Apologized And Walked Out.

Good location close to the airport and free shuttle. Room was clean and spacious. bathroom was good and hot water and water pressure was good.

The bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable.

The room was mostly cleaned, the bed was very comfortable and I liked the pillows. The temperature was easily kept comfortable. Free breakfast was good and served in a plentiful room. Also liked that we had till 10 to eat.

I found a half-finished meatball on the floor by the bed. Also didn't like that the bathroom had no sink. Meaning I had to exit bathroom to wash my hands. Also, a lot of guests downstairs when I was eating.

The staff was polite and helpful.

I didn’t even stay because the room had a smell, like sewage and mildew. The room and lobby looked nothing like the pictures. The sheets were stained, the lamps and bathtub were dirty. After spending five minutes in the room we cancelled the booking because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there or setting our things down. Although the staff were nice, I didn’t want to ask for a different room because the smell was too horrible. They didn’t even ask if anything was wrong with the room when I cancelled… so I figured it was better that way anyway.

The location is convenient

The heater took several hours to heat up and the water was cold in the shower. I have never experienced this when staying at this hotel but this time was strange.

Airport shuttle, location and quiet. Free Breakfast was at the restaurant right next door. if didnt want the breakfast could use as voucher for discount off any other breakfast. Great food and value.
