Outdoor lobby was nice. Bar was nice.

Location to the convention center wasnt ideal. Price was too high as well.

The hotel was close to the venue I was in town for. Very clean and comfortable. I appreciated how nice and quiet the rooms are.

Front desk was very busy every time I went past or visited it myself. They probably need more staffing.

This is an excellent hotel! I have stayed here before and will definitely do so again. But you cannot use this application to book your room, unless you are 100% sure you will not need to make any changes.

DO NOT use Booking to reserve a room at this hotel. The hotel management don't have access to, or don't know how to access, their Booking account. As a result, if you need to make any change where they need to log on to approve, nothing happens. Booking then advises you to contact the hotel. When you do, they will tell you what I wrote above - they don't know how to do it, you should call Booking. I spent almost an hour on the phone with Booking - I was on hold why they called the hotel - and they couldn't work it out. The person from the help line at Booking advised me to leave a bad review here, which I am doing now. If I were Booking, I would just remove the hotel from the system, which would probably get everyone's attention. This can't be hard to fix. But in lieu of that, I have to leave this bad review for a hotel I actually like a lot. Again - it's a great hotel which I like very much. But you can't use this application to book with them, because they don't know how Booking works.

La cercanía con el teatro Rosemont

No me gusto nada. Al entrar a la hab 107 había agua regada en el piso proveniente de la nevera. Al levantar el teléfono de la habitación para llamar al front desk no tenía tono el teléfono por lo que tuve que ir hasta el front desk a notificar y Pedír me cambiaran de cuarto y dijeron que no había disponibilidad. Dijeron que iban a secar el agua. Luego salí a un evento y al regresar tarde noche el A/A no enfriaba y pase la noche todo sudado sin poder dormir. Al día siguiente a las 8:36AM la housekeeper tocó y abrió la puerta y al oírme la cerró no pudiendo conciliar el sueño nuevamente. Luego la housekeeper volvió a tocar la puerta en dos oportunidades perturbando mi descanso por lo que opté por irme a bañar siendo que en pleno baño el dispensador de jabón se agotó es decir no había jabón por lo que tuve que salir todo mojado y buscar un jabón que tenía en mi maleta. Todo lo anterior se lo hice saber el día de hoy a la chica en el front desk. Mi estancia no fue nada agradable y sugiero eleve mi queja al gerente del hotel y tomen los correctivos necesarios

Ubicación cerca del aeropuerto

Llamamos para avisar que llegaríamos tarde a través de booking mensajes y el hotel dice que booking no les aviso 🥹. Llame vía telefónica al hotel para que nos recogiera el shuttle seis veces y nos colgaron. Así que tome taxi. Al llegar casi 2:30 am nos dijeron que la habitación ya estaba cerrada por el sistema y no sabían cómo hacerle ya que pasando las 12 pm su sistema de Aloft te cobraba la noche . En fin mala experiencia. Al final explicamos al personal y nos atendieron el asunto porque además corríamos el riesgo de que por su sistema nos cobrara otra noche

A beautiful hotel close to the airport with complimentary airport shuttle service. I will always stay there when I travel through O'Hare.

Bathroom had a lingering pee odor from when we arrived

The location near by the outlet mall and close to the airport . The staff was very friendly and in particular mIss Jermaine . Transportation is available however it’s not after 11 pm

The Air condition is too noisy and the sound of the plains taking off is very loud in side the rooms

My room was located on the second floor with the view of the pool. Clear signage. Bed was comfortable but moves a lot.

Limited dining options within the facility.

I like the location of the hotel. I was in walking distance to the outlet mall. Walked over there just to kill time before my next event but the stores were closing. I forgot about time change. The pizza i ordered from Lou Malnatis was delivered straight to my room and it was delicious.

Adrian Briseno and Mireya Rodriguez were amazing upon my arrival. This is the second visit to this hotel and me and my friends were very pleased. Without a doubt, we will be back year after year. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

Truly wish there was a continental breakfast. To have breakfast, we had to go offsite. Definitely appreciate spending my money at a local establishment but it would make things easier in the morning.
