Sent to a dirty room, then kicked off the shuttle bus due to it being under the dirty room

Some person with mustache didn’t want to accept my booking reservation # for the second and third nights. It was difficult and very annoying

Mega Austattung der Zimmer. Frühstück war für Amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Restaurant im Hotel vorhanden, wie auch eine Kaffeebar. Flughafentransfer halbstündig möglich und ein sehr großer Lebensmittelshop gleich an der Rezeption für Hotelgäste

Clean, quiet, exceptional front desk staff, good breakfast.

Looks like a LOT of adjacent properties very weedy and overgrown. Unsightly.

Booked through a third party site without a problem. Extra amenities (extended parking, two way airport shuttle) were easy to add and met expectations. Note that you must call the hotel for a pickup shuttle at door #2. Prompt and efficient service all around. Highly likely to stay here again with the convenience of staying so close to O’hare.

The only thing we experienced that was mildly negative was that the employee checking us in could’ve been friendlier, however he did not offend us in any way.

no one picks up the fontdesk phone you They charged me 225.56 as the deposit when I checked in and after the checkout they charged another 50. I thought they should refund me 50 not charge another 50. What's going on?

Nice restaurant and ambiance upon entrance and room was clean with updated bathroom.

Room was small for a suite, the staff/concierge was rude and not helpful and the main reason we came was because of the pool and concierge told me upon checking in after I asked, that the pool was down that weekend, which I never would have paid that price for without a pool or heads up or compensation.

The staff did not allow me to check-in because the payment did’t received from booking. Even thought that the reservation mentioned that I have already paid. Leading to make another payment at reception, just to have my room. Plus the room smaller than what I booked and more expensive of what I booked through booking

TV antenna keep loosing connection and couldn’t cast phone to tv even after putting password that appeared up on screen

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The Hotel is ideally placed for a business trip around the O'Hare Airport. Very convenient and the shuttle to the Airport also worked fine (I only used the shuttle going back as I directly went to a meeting upon arrival so I cannot judge pick-up). Breakfast was nice and diverse for American standard. All you needed. Even fresh fruits and the like. The lady doing the service was very nice and friendly. I cannot say that things were not replenished after nine. Once the fruit was gone but I pnly had to ask and immediately a fresh plate was brought. And they ALSO had real porcelain. Not ONLY the crappie plastic throwaway you often get in American Hotels (Although they had that as well). The gym was also well equipped for my needs. Room was nice and spacious and well equipped. All very satisfying

Although overall very clean, there was some hair on the ledge in the shower. The front desk personnel was really not helpful and I did not get an invoice which I desperately need for this business trip. The staff was just not willing to help and seemed very disinterested in my needs. They also noted the wrong time for my schedule (which luckily was not an issue as I was able to use the wished time nevertheless as there was still room)

Airport shuttle service needs serious improvement. Staff worked very hard to mitigate the problem, but it needs an actual solution.

Well-designed and comfortable hotel, with a beautiful lobby, well-appointed and quiet rooms, and super comfy beds / Good breakfast with healthy options (and nice background music).

Lack of responsiveness from the staff as all of my messages on Booking (regarding the shuttle service) were left unanswered / had to call front desk twice only to be told shuttle was on its way when clearly it was not/ Waited one hour, the shuttle never showed up, and ended up hitching a ride from a different hotel driver who was kind enough to change his route / Spoke to another guest who had similar issue one day earlier and ended up paying for a taxi / breakfast did not start at 6:00 am as advertised on Booking but at 6:30 am / indifferent and hasty receptionist at check-in but friendly ones at checkout

Very basic hotel and staff. It’s just like extended stay but a new construction. Staff is equally clueless and for the most part not even interested in any conversation.

Waited over an hour for the airport shuttle. I go to the front desk to check in for my Staybridge reservation. Only to be told that they don’t have a room available because the cleaning crew left. Not my problem. So they put me in a Holiday Inn room (it’s all in the same building) only for me to go up and down the elevators three times because no keys would let me into the room they gave me. Turns out that room was out of service. Finally got me another room. Here’s the kicker - they didn’t cancel my Staybridge reservation and instead charged me for the Holiday Inn room as well without telling me in person or sending me any email confirmation or anything. I’ve called asking for a refund and some lady took down notes saying someone will get back to me. No one has. Absolute unacceptable of an experience. All for a stay for just one night. Do not stay here, tell your friends and family not to as well.

The breakfast was very good, the area was clean and the food divine, (suggestion: put instructions to use the waffle iron). The gym area was clean and the equipment quite complete The common areas look well maintained, there are monitors with flight information, the lobby is nice and clean

When we entered the room we noticed some cleaning details that can be seen in the attached photos. The room had maintenance details that were easy to repair but that were annoying for my family, the shower door handle was loose, the air conditioning had air inlets on its lid and in the frame that made a lot of noise at night, we didn't they let me sleep And the worst part is that the sink was clogged. When I called to report it, the Fortdesk employee told me that he was very busy and that he couldn't help me because there was no one from engineering. One day later, no one called me to ask me or fix anything. When I booked it said that it had a pool available, they should have informed that there was no pool that I did not like because my son was excited to swim.
