After having a bad day and being exhausted , I went to check in and the young man at the counter completely made a bad day go away . He helped me with his kindness

Location was great for what we came here for, it was awesome too get food anytime of the day,good Location near coffee shops, centrally located near an expressway and it was good too not hear the airplanes landing or leaving at all hours of the day finally the staff did a excellent job taking care of check in and out.

I feel the floors could use a dusting and mopping maybe wiping down the couches and chairs..

One of the few places in the area that doesn’t charge for parking. Full sized fridge was nice. I liked that housekeeping only comes on request.

The bathroom was dirty - floor had not been swept, moldy caulk at base of tub. Heater was not plugged in, only worked for a short time (Chicago in Dec…). Hair dryer sounded like it had gravel inside, had to request a new one (twice, the second one did not work) all with wet hair. Found an old condiment cup under the bed - gross. Stairwell had a weird/bad smell.

I liked the location. restaurants and stores were within walking distance. I loved the room! it had a couch and chair and a stove and oven and microwave and full size fridge. I walked to target, got some food and made myself dinner. it was great!

I didn’t love the bed. it was super comfy or very soft

no one at the front desk after midnight and key cards didn’t work so I was stuck in the doorway waiting for staff to come and let me in the building. then couldn’t get in hotel room and had to wait for staff to come up and let me in my room .

Cleanliness.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking. I arrived at 3:00 a.m. I did not notice that the three windows were open about three or four inches each. Early afternoon was chilly and windy and I shut the windows, which was when the smell of smoke became strong and only grew stronger with time. I eventually had to reopen the windows. Someone had to be a chain-smoker for the stench to be so strong in an enclosed environment.

The staff did a good job, Mark I think was professional, provided extra pillows and bedding for the fold out couch. We have 7 people staying in two rooms. Room lay out was good, and bathrooms were roomy.

The fold out couch in each room has old and stained mattress, one was even installed flipped over to hide stains. One room 215 had large pizza leftovers in the fridge, room 208 had debris under the couch visible when you pulled out the bed. Breakfast was coffee, muffin & granola bar, or instant oatmeal. I usually get fruit and a bagel but not offered at this location.

What breakfast???? It Harley anything there.

The guy who worked nights at the front desk. He was understanding of the room situation and let us switch with no problem.

We had to change rooms 2 times. The initial room had stains on the bed linens. In the second room the pullout couch bed had blood stains. The 3rd room was ok. I would not stay here again.

A huge stain in carpet in room Everytime I book and prepay through booking.com, when I arrive at the desk they always state I haven’t paid until I ask them to look at it again as well as show my confirmation page of paying and then they say “oh sorry”! Check your records correctly the first time !!!!!!
